Conveniently located 350 yards from the shore, this stylish two-story 4BR/3BA condo is the perfect family beach getaway. Walk to the beach -- when you return, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Get a breath of fresh ocean air from the comfort of a private master balcony, complete with a magnificent crows nest view of the surrounding location. Area activities include surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, fishing, boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Plus, youre just 1 block from Lake Park Boulevard, making access to local shopping, dining, and entertainment a breeze! * This rental strictly prohibits pets. Guests who bring pets on-site will be fined. * LIVING AREA An open living area boasts sleek hardwood floors, modern furnishings and decor, and balcony access. Gather on a plush sectional, and watch favorite shows on a 50 flat-screen TV. Theres also an intimate table for two. KITCHEN & DINING The modern kitchen features black granite countertops and a convenient kitchen island with seating for two. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a dishwasher, crockpot, and an electric range. When its time to eat, a formal dining area seats four. BED & BATH Retire to a peaceful master suite furnished with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Step onto the private master balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second guest room contains a full-size bed and a sliding glass door that can be opened to allow in the fresh ocean air. In the third bedroom, you'll find two twin beds and a flat-screen TV, and the fourth guest room has a comfy queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Freshen up in a second guest bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower or a third guest bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination. Each bathroom is stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES A balcony just off the living area seats up to four guests on a sofa and two chairs, and a private master balcony provides seating for two, as well as access to a crows nest view of the surrounding area. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a private washer/dryer, a charcoal grill, heated outdoor shower, and parking for three in the driveway and three under the carport are provided. This rental is equipped with a Ring doorbell. This property is accessed via a flight of stairs and therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. This retreat also features a heated outdoor shower, a cart for the beach, outdoor seating on the balcony and patio, sand toys, and an umbrella for the beach. LOCATION Walk just 350 yards to the beach. Drive 1 block to access Lake Park Boulevard, which will take you to a variety of local dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Drive 1 mile to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, named one of Americas best boardwalks by USA TODAY. It is a very short walk to the beach! The house is clean and beds are comfortable. This house has everything you need for a beach vacation!

Stayed in July 2025. House is beautiful. Nice, quiet street. We never heard any noise from neighbors, the road, traffic, people. Felt secluded, but very close to the beach, and directly across from a public access. Great location. The house had a lot of room for the 7 of us. Never once felt cramped. Large living room area. I did feel there wasn't ample couch seating for the number of guests, but when people sat at the dining table, everyone could gather in the space. Kitchen was nice and open. Some of the kitchen necessities were a bit lacking. Only seven plates, 5 shallow bowls, basic drink ware seemed sparse. There was a cookie sheet, a roasting tray, a crockpot, several blenders, a coffee maker/pot and 4-slice toaster. So if you need anything else, bring it. Each room was large and comfortable. I was happy with the bed in the master, and no one else complained about their beds, so they were happy too. A/C worked great, kept the place nice and cool on those hot days. Water pressure and temperature were great. Kept up with all of the guests with no problem. I would stay at this property again if I need place for as many people as we had this year. Would give 4.5-stars due to a maintenance issue that wasn't Vacasa or really the homeowners fault. (Vacasa responded very quickly, and got it fixed fast) Less kitchen supplies than other places I've stayed. Needing a bit more couch seating for larger groups. And a large bug we found in one room, but we saw no other evidence of more bugs. So I rounded up to 5.

My family loved that it was a short walk to the beach. I personally loved the little lookout view from the main bedroom. It was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and read a book while the others all slept. Definitely will be back again.

We loved the area that we stayed in. We were on a dead end road and it was quiet. We were very close to the beach which was great to were we didn’t have to pay for parking to go to the beach . The house was plenty of room. The only complaints we had were the beds were not very comfortable and we had to clean the shower heads. Other than that it was a great spot to stay for the week.

Nicely decorated. Roomy. Good supply of laundry detergent, toilet paper, soap, etc. Close to the beach and lots of beach toys, chairs, wagon etc available.

Toes in the Sand was close to lots of shops, restaurants, and great night life. The kitchen was very well stocked. The bedrooms were gorgeous. Lots of outside sitting spaces were an added bonus. Loved the wagon to help with the short walk to the beach.

everything was perfect grade A 100% worth the price more than likely this might become a new yearly tradition. we had a wonderful time it’s the little moments that’s count especially the ones that take your breath away with some of the most Beautiful views to see

Proximity to the beach and restaurants were fantastic and exactly as stated. Public beach access at Tennessee street was easy and very close. Restaurants, desserts, and a bar were all within walking distance as well. A great little place called the Veggie Wagon with coffee, beer, local honey, and treats was 0.5 miles away and a nice walk for a morning coffee then head to the beach. There are a few chair and umbrella rental companies that make the beach and shade easy. Thursday night was fun with a local band playing on the pier turned into a local bar with fireworks down the way. Carolina Beach itself was lovely with great people and relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked with enough kitchen supplies to cook and eat at home if desired. Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker works great. The home was spacious and the beds were comfortable and great bathrooms! Overall a comfortable place to spend a week. The downstairs was also a nice place to sit outside and hang out. Air conditioning issue- ask if resolved before renting! For us, the air issues started on Monday night. Vacasa is responsive and sent someone out every time to make sure we were safe considering it was a very hot week and the house is not one that could be lived in without air. While I understand things happen in a house- air conditioners do stop working and am appreciative of the maintenance man for Vacasa and his ability to get us relief for the heat that allowed us to continue our vacation, I am torn from being sad that this man had to continue to come to our house over and over with bandaid fixes and truly appreciative of the 24 hour responses and help allowing us to enjoy. My wonder is if a permanent fix would have been activated on Tuesday, could the issue have been resolved and we would not have had to spend part of our vacation navigating this issue.

We stayed at this lovely home and it didn’t disappoint. It is located in a quiet, dead end street, but close to all. Within walking distance of the beach, lake, restaurants, shops and amusement park. This home had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds, new carpeting and a cute little viewing tower. The only thing they lacked were some family games. Vacasa customer service was excellent. Reps answered calls and text messages immediately. We had a blast and will definitely book our future stays with them again.
