This cute and cozy 1BR condo is located at Courtyard at Seascapes, a complex situated right by the beach. Relax on two private balconies, one with a glimpse of the ocean. Take a dip in the sparkling community pool. Discover local restaurants, shops, and attractions along the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, less than 2 miles away. LIVING AREA Unwind in the beach-themed living area, complete with a sleeper sofa and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with a full suite of appliances. Perch at the breakfast bar for three. When dinner is ready, the expandable dining table seats four. BED & BATH This condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom has a queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a private balcony with a bistro table for two. Enjoy a glimpse of the ocean right from your room. The bathroom has a walk in shower, water closet, and single vanity. A separate water closet with single vanity is also attached (The water closet can be accessed via the hallway or bathroom.) OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip a crisp beverage on the pool-view balcony just off the living area. The unheated community pool (6 deep) is open seasonally. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and beach gear (including two boogie boards, two chairs, and an umbrella) are provided. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the carport. Additional parking may be available in the adjacent parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. This single-story condo is located on the second floor and is accessed via a flight of external stairs. Elevators are not available. LOCATION Walk just 6 minutes to the ocean! Or find fun for the whole family at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Freeman Park is a dog-friendly park -- just an 8-minute walk, and the fishing pier is on the way. A plethora of restaurants, shops, and convenient amenities are available within a 1.5-mile radius. Other local attractions include Carolina Beach State Park and Wilmington Beach.

We loved this little condo. It’s updated and in a nice and quiet area. Great ocean view. You do have to walk a-little ways in either direction to get to beach access, but it’s not too far. Close to the pier and Freeman park. The bed is comfortable, which is always hard to find at these places. Great price! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this condo with our 2 dogs and toddler. The balcony has a great view of the ocean even though it’s not ocean front. The beach access directly across from the property is closed due to erosion but there were several other beach access points very close by. The Carolina Beach pier is a short walk away and you can listen to the bands play from the balcony in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future.

Home was clean and tidy upon arrival. There were several little amenities like soap, makeup removing wipes, shampoo, dishwasher tabs, etc. These little things saved me quite a bit at the grocery store. The property is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and the Carolina Beach Pier. We also had a fabulous view of the ocean from the balcony.

Location was great. Just a short trip to the beach access (access across the street was closed), bed was comfortable, the balconies were a great place to sit and unwind or enjoy your morning coffee. You could hear the waves crashing right outside the master bedroom. The bathrooms are very small. Kitchen had everything we needed. There are games and toys for the family. Great time all in all.

We really enjoyed our stay on what felt like the quieter side of Carolina Beach. Had anything we needed, and very close to the beach and an easy drive to the boardwalk and restaurants!

We had a great weekend. This lovely condo beach access is located just steps from the beach. The pool was great and clean. We loved it mostly because we could bring our fur babies along for the trip. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely will be back in the near future. Thanks for letting us stay at this great place.

The layout of the condo was perfect for my guests,I it was nice to not have to share the bathroom except for the shower also has all the amenities easy access to Wi-Fi & TV clean and close to all amenities walk out of the condo go to the left and walking distance. It’s a lovely place with a tiki bar music at night, food and yummy ice cream. Make a right driving access to fun and adventure.

This wa our second stay in this property. Kitchen and flooring have been updated. Great layout to make the most out of a smalll space. Didn’t feel small for us at all! So close to the pier and beach access!

The property was nice. It’s not very big, but works for a small family (4). The beach access across the road is closed due to erosion, but you can gain access just a couple of short blocks away. Parking was great when we got there, and packed when we left. The pool is nice as well. Be sure to put your parking tag in your vehicle asap. We had an HOA lady checking on our vehicle literally as we were getting stuff moved in. The condo is on the first floor of a three story building (but it’s still elevated above the parking area). The only draw back to us were the window coverings. The vertical blinds in the bedroom made lots of noise when the fan was on at night, and the curtains in the living room didn’t provide much light filtering. Overall it’s a great place. Would stay again.

The location was perfect and the condo itself was very satisfactory! It was clean and laid out very well. I liked the half bath. The washer and dryer were nice. There were some floor tiles that were broken but was not a walking hazard. The dryer lint filter was broken and needs replacement. There were only 3 washcloths in the cabinet so we bought 6 and left them for later use. There was no laundry detergent and no tissues. It would be nice to have an extra roll of bath tissue. Overall we had a great time and would like to rent the property again in the spring. Thank you so much!

We liked the proximity to ocean, pool and Tiki Bar. Two TV’s and Wi-Fi worked great. Great restaurants in the area and short drives to parks and sites.
