The bright, open-concept living area is well-appointed for comfortable group gatherings, and a breezy, furnished balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Relax after days of sun and fun while streaming shows on the smart TV on the main floor. The well-equipped, island kitchen showcases gorgeous countertops and a complete suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Modern essentials include central air-conditioning, complimentary internet access, and a private washer/dryer. The upstairs primary suite includes an en suite bathroom, smart TV, and a private balcony. THINGS TO KNOW In the third bedroom, there are four beds total: a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom, a twin bed on the top, and a twin trundle bed. There is also a newly added twin bed.

Loved the location! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, and in a nice residential area. The unit has everything you need to feel like you're at home. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The house was very nice, well supplied and centrally located. There was a problem with the condition of the couch and we brought this to the attention of it the appropriate people. I’m sure it will be addressed.

Loved how close it was to the Greenway, tons of people out walking dogs which was great since we brought ours. Plenty of room, updated kitchen and baths. Overall would go back again for sure

The home was surprisingly spacious and welcoming. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house is situated in a beautiful neighborhood, and the beach is about a 5-10 minute walk. Close to some really delicious local favorites too (Butts and Such, Uncle Vinny’s, and the Peach Cobbler Factory). The fact that it is a pet friendly property is a plus, so the entire family can enjoy a vacation! 🐾

We loved the house and the location. It was our first time to Carolina Beach and we have plans of returning. The place was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I couldn’t give it 5 stars because the ice maker didn’t work (apparently had been broken but no one said anything about it). The dishwasher was broken as well. Maintenance came out to look at the dishwasher but couldn’t really do anything about it. We use plastic and paperware most of the time anyways. Make sure to bring your own pots and pans because there isn’t to much to choose from. The silverware, if you choose to use it, is very odd shaped!! The floors were not very clean when we arrived and there was still wet laundry in the dryer that had never been turned on!! Vacasa was quick to respond and offered to come back out and do the floors but we had already moved our stuff in. Overall a very nice place just some issues that we had never had to deal with before when renting!

We stayed at the Mack #2 to be close to a wedding venue and also the beach! It was the perfect location to both. I can’t say enough nice things about the house. Everything was clean and ready to go upon our arrival. The outdoor shower was perfect to rinse off after the beach. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and both balconies. We had to reach out to VACASA a couple of times and each time they were quick to respond and very helpful each time! We hope to come stay again in the future to make more memories !

Very walkable to the beach, a few restaurants and ice cream. It was great to bring our dog along and loved the layout of the home.

My husband went on this vacation with our little dog. We had invited our children and grandchildren but they couldn’t make it, so it was just the 2 of us with so much room. It was a wonderful trip. The home is beautiful and had a very clean smell to it when we arrived. Loved the back yard for my girl to be let outside without her leash. We could not have ask for a better experience. Thank you Vacasa and thank your cleaning staff.

Pro’s: Newer property, very clean, nice furniture. Golf cart was a really great amenity and also the outdoor shower. Con’s: Many stairs that are fairly steep. Also, it would have been nice if some standard items like dishwasher detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent would have been provided. Also, there is not a grill available. Only reason I deducted a star. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

This home is very spacious and well maintained. It’s within very close proximity to the beach (you can hear the waves from the home) and also close to many local eateries. This home is definitely dog friendly, we enjoyed having the private fenced in backyard for our pup. The internet was super fast and the owner had several steaming services available for viewing. Overall, this is a great property, would certainly rent again!

Our stay here was great! The condo was very clean and neat and had plenty of room. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were able to relax. I would definitely stay there again.

Home was very pretty and clean. Close proximity to the beach and having access to the golf cart was a big plus!! The beds weren’t very comfortable and the water pressure left something to be desired but we made due. All in all it was a fun place to get away for a few days.

We really enjoyed our stay at the #1 Mack! Everything seemed brand new. It was super clean and comfortable. Fully stocked with everything you need for a week. I loved the huge tv in the living room for watching movies at night. The golf cart made it so easy to get everything to the beach that the distance didn’t even matter. We took to the golf cart to the beach, shops, restaurants, aquarium, really everywhere. Great private fenced in back yard for the family and pups to play. I will be booking again for sure.

Really enjoyed the golf cart, so I didn’t have to walk or load up the car for rides to the beach and around town. All amenities were excellent! TV’s, WiFi and electronics were super. 100% will stay there again. Great central location.
