If you're looking for the perfect beach getaway, you've found it with this oceanfront condo in the heart of Carolina Beach. Fully remodeled in March 2022, this bright space boasts ocean views throughout the entire home. The modern, open layout is perfect for connecting with family and friends. After morning coffee on the balcony, you can easily whip up some breakfast in the updated kitchen and dine together at the breakfast bar. When it's time to head out, you're steps away from the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The community pool is open from April 15 – October 15 and there's a foosball table in the common space as well. End the day in the cozy living room with a little TV. Can't agree on what to watch? No problem – each bedroom has a TV as well, and all feature free cable. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, central AC, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW An elevator is available to access this condo. Private community beach access is available for guests. The full kitchen does not feature a dishwasher.

Our stay was great! The unit is located directly above the pool with perfect views of the ocean and the boardwalk, which features direct access to the beach. We spent hours observing beautiful sunrises, watching dolphins play in the surf from our balcony, and sitting in the sun on the beach on warmer days.
Although the unit has a smaller kitchen/living area, it accommodated two adults easily and is perfectly situated to the boardwalk's attractions , as well as restaurants, bars, and shopping.
We would definitely return.

Beautiful unit. A/c worked well for the hot week we went and the rooms were great and spacious just hated the pool was right in front of the balcony. No real privacy during pool hours bc people are right by your balcony practically. Didn't like WiFi was turned off an hour prior to check out and that only 4 rolls of toilet paper were provided for a 7 day stay. Location of property is great and near everything. Not our first stay there but first stay at this unit and with vacasa..did not like vacasa would not even attempt to let me check in early even though unit was cleaned and ready !

Oceanfront! Right in center of it all. Boardwalk stores , rides, food everywhere, no car needed! Make sure you get Britts doughnuts 🤗

Apartment was very nice. Very clean and fully stocked.It was perfect for 4-5 people. I would rent the same room again! Oh, the ocean views were gorgeous!

The place is RIGHT over the pool so very little privacy. Loved the blackout curtains! It was small but furnished well

The room is adequately stocked with about anything you want. It was clean. We've stayed in this room 2 years in a row. This is a great location. You can park your vehicle and not move it all week. Walk to the boardwalk and to a variety of restaurants. We love Carolina Beach!

The location was walkable to everything and we didn’t have a car with us. House was fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, tide pods for washer and all utensils for cooking. The place was clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and had blackout curtains. The view was perfect of both the ocean and pool. House was updated. Excellent location. Make sure to check out both the Sea Witch and Nollie’s for food.

Perfect location! We stayed for 2 weeks and it was a great home away from home. Very clean and had a very comfortable bed. We loved that we only had to walk up a couple steps to get to the condo. Everything is within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Beach Haven is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It comes with everything you need for a home-away-from-home getaway. All bedding and a few throw blankets, and plenty of pillows are waiting for you. The mattresses are not cheap motel mattresses either. These are high quality Tempur-pedic! Completely stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, etc.), full size stove, coffee maker, and fridge, along with an oversized microwave. Countertop has 3 barstools and there's a folding wooden table too. The coffee table has storage with games and books. There's a super comfy, large couch perfect for curling up and watching TV. Not up for watching TV? You can enjoy the gorgeous ocean view from the comfort of the couch. The apartment boasts wall to wall, floor to ceiling window/sliding door. The balcony has 2 tall chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs. The apartment is located directly about the parking garage in a gated area. You have access to an elevator as well. Entrances are electronic so no need to keep track of keys. The Boardwalk is just steps away from the parking garage. Shipping, restaurants and a fudge creamery within walking distance. No need to leave the island! Bring your clothes and food and you have the perfect getaway! Staying here will make you second guess ever renting a hotel room again.

We loved location, Room 130 We had a fantastic stay,Thank you very much. These are the things you might want to check 1. Shower head don’t hang on hook and moldy on top. 2. Fan switch and remote does not work on fan on wall in kitchen. 3. Back sliding door a little hard to open. 4. Drain don’t shut in tub, couldn’t take a bath.

This was our first beach vacation together and the weather conditions were great. The house was beautiful. Good accommodations for 2 people. Had all the comforts of home. Beach view balcony was wonderful in the morning and night time. First class place with many different restaurants within walking distance.

Older building, looks and smells like an old seaside motel in the hallways but…. Inside unit was well renovated and honestly the reason you choose this property is bc you want to see and hear the ocean from your unit 24/7. Be forewarned you CANNOT see actual beach bc this unit is first floor, and you are RIGHT above swimming pool so it gets loud and there’s far less privacy than if you were on higher floors. Still, immediate access to Boardwalk and beach is unbeatable if that’s your top priority. Front bedroom has no blackout curtains and is too bright to sleep past 7:00am. Unit was NOT cleaned well, sand piled jnder throw rugs and scattered everywhere, fridge was messy and needed a wipe down and dishes in cabinet were not well washed and had food stuck to them. I went out and bought paper plates and cups instead of using those items, yuck. Also there is a kitchen table but NO SEATING THAT’S THE CORRECT HEIGHT for a table!!! All the seating is stools that are counter height, so too tall to sit at table. I noticed this in photos and asked for a table height chair, since I was going to be working there and was told no. So I had to bring a chair from home, so I could sit at the table and work (or eat a meal). It’s ridiculous to provide a kitchen table but no seating that’s the correct height for the table. 🤷🏻‍♀️ also be forewarned this unit is not stocked with things you might expect in a kitchen, such as no salt and pepper shakers, no foil, no plastic wrap, almost no spices at all….. very bare bones.

The place was nice and clean, bed was very comfy, bathrooms had a gracious amount of soap, shampoo, conditioner, boardwalk was nice and convenient to shops and restaurants. Would suggest wine glasses x 4 please. Other kitchenware was great! We would visit again. Thank you!

You really can’t beat the location of this condo - private beach access and walkable distance to lots of food, bars, etc. The owners have completely updated the unit so it doesn’t feel like you’re in an old 1980s building. Management did a terrible job cleaning before we arrived but other than that I’d definitely stay here again.

This was one of the nicer units we've stayed in in our 25 years of vacation rentals as far as decor, furniture, spotless, kitchen well stocked for those that like to cook in. The pool was nice & clean. Nice boardwalk & access to the beach. Negatives are it is very loud with pedestrian gate under master bedroom, you hear slamming of the gate & voices carry in at all hours. The blinds are not flush, & no curtains which allows day & night exterior light in. Also can see in from outside through gaps in blinds. The Sea Witch across street has live bands until midnight which was not to our liking. Overall, nice amenities & great location to walk the boardwalk to the shops, arcade & carnival rides. First time using Vacasa which was all online & easy to navigate.

On arrival the unit was very clean with updated appliances. We had everything we needed, and everything worked. W/D worked great A+. The balcony is great place for two to sit and watch the sunrise or enjoy stars at night. Private access to Board Walk and private gated parking. Parking was not assigned, so it's first come first serve. Overflow parking is across the street and is not gated. The beach, Board Walk, restaurants, shops, and convenient store are literally steps away. We had no issues with this unit and will return in the future.
