The Carolina Beach pier, ample restaurants, and shopping are within a short distance from home base when you feel like venturing out. The shared pool will be just the place to escape the heat, mere steps from your door! There's also a beachfront gazebo on-site - perfect for toasting drinks at sunset.

Inside, this gem is overflowing with coastal themes, natural light, and the modern comforts of home. Meals will be a breeze to prepare in the full kitchen boasting beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, a high-end coffee maker,a toaster, and modern cookware. Plus, everyone can take their pick of gathering for meals at the dining table, in the living area for casual meals while watching favorite shows, or out on the balcony. Don't worry about packing your entire wardrobe either, as the private washer and dryer are more than ready to keep swimsuits and towels clean during your stay. New beach toys and chairs are waiting for you in the closet, and we provide a beach wagon to help you carry your beach essentials with ease.

This condo unit is ideally located just across the street from the ocean—approximately 60 feet away—and offers stunning three-sided ocean views. While the property was previously considered oceanfront, recent coastal erosion and the addition of large rocks have altered direct beach access. Guests can now easily reach the sand via a short walk to either the nearby state park entrance to the north or the beach access path off Carolina Beach Avenue to the south. A convenient hose is provided for rinsing off sand before entering the unit. This is a truly special getaway, so book your stay while this waterfront gem lasts! The best part of the condo was the deck! We stayed there most of our trip. There are 32 steps up to condo. The beach access shown in picture 10 is no longer open and rocks block the path now. Take a beach wagon and you can go around the Carolina pier building and access the beach area. Take chairs; the ones offerred in the storage unit need to be replaced. Everything was clean,we had no issues. We did not cook so I cannot speak for the kitchen! Recommend Havana's Restaurant; it was our best meal of the trip! This is not in the busy section of Carolina Beach and we loved it because of that. The Carolina Pier next door is a bar/restaurant/ice cream shop you can walk over instead of driving to town for lunch or dinner.

Our stay was pretty good at this property. There were a few glitches here and there so I'll first start with the positives: The home was very clean. The kitchen was beautiful. The beds and furniture were comfortable (which isn't always the case). The views from the condo are lovely. Miniature soaps, shampoos, and conditioners are provided. A set of towels was on each bed. The listing does not include a hair dryer as an amenity but there was one under the sink in the master. The mediocre: The property is oceanfront-ish. You have a lovely view but have to walk to the other side of the pier for access due to beach erosion. Not a huge deal but FYI. The smell in the stairwell leading up to the condo is not awesome. Bathroom fixtures holding toilet paper are rusty and should be replaced. The negatives: The HVAC had a very hard time keeping up with the 100-degree temperature. Our last night there, it never got below 75 (and that was at 3:30 in the morning). The first night it eventually got to 71, so that was better than the 76 degrees at bedtime on our last night. We were very strict about keeping all shades and curtains closed to attempt to help the situation, sadly to no avail. The HVAC *really* needs to be upgraded. We kept all ceiling fans on high but it still did not help the temperature issue. The ceiling fan in the bunk room is also off balance and needs to be fixed or replaced. There are two total beach chairs, both which should be thrown away and replaced. They are tiny, old, and covered in rust. Luckily, we brought two from home in the event the chairs weren't usable. All things considered, I would consider staying here again if some of these items are addressed. The property is managed by Vacasa and I could never get anyone to answer the phone there (I accidentally left some clothes - totally my fault but someone answering the phone or responding to my message would be great customer service).

Excellent location. Unobstructed view of the ocean. Short walk to the beach & to the pier. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the live bands playing at the pier!

Everything was exceptional. The place was spotless. The sunrise was glorious, great restaurants, friendly people. The beach north of the pier was very accessible and the best we saw on the island. This was truly the best vacation experience one could hope for. I wrote the entry combination down wrong and the maintenance man responded right away. He couldn't believe the views from every door and window - and I'm sure he sees a lot. I would give it a higher rating if I could!

We had a great time in this clean, attractive and well-equipped condo! Thanks for all of the nice necessities you had for us! I won’t lie though, we were a bit disappointed when we saw huge boulders in place of a beach in front of the condo! However, once we walked to the other side of the pier, we were so happy w/ the beach and watching ALL of the surfers 🏄🏼‍♀️! Also the Tiki bar on the pier was great and they had many 🎃 pumpkins arranges and for sale… as well as music and little bonfires (w/ marshmallows for roasting!) on both Fri and Sat night! Very fun! We will definitely consider coming back to this Condo next Fall! (Perfect time to come!)

This place is very nice accommodations with a great view of the ocean. I was a little worried about being so close to the pier but it was perfect. It seemed to be less crowded near the pier. The furnishings were nice and comfy. Everything was nice and clean. The stairs were a little tiring but we could use the exercise. The pool was small but clean and most days we had it to ourselves!

Loved the accessibility to the ocean. Quiet street and the placed lived up to the photos on line. Very clean. Entry code was a bit long but other than that it was great! 5 stars !

First of all the location is THE BEST! You are directly across the road from the beach access point, so you have a fantastic view. It is the perfect spot for families, couples and singles (like myself). Safe and secure - very little traffic (only beach goers like yourself). The condo was spotless and has everything you need. Can't say enough good about it ;-)

The location has a beautiful view and is easy to get to. Close to Carolina Beach Boardwalk. The unit is beautiful with very comfortable bedding and furniture. It is equipped with just about everything you would have in a home.
