Description

Discover a dream beach vacation on the North Carolina coast where you can watch dolphins play from the private balcony! During summer, fireworks are on display every Thursday night. This lovely condo is steps from the beach, and eight beach chairs are even provided for your convenience. You're also within walking distance to the coffee shop, tropical bar, and fishing pier. There's plenty to do nearby, just drive into town and find the local eateries, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions. Take a dip in the outdoor pool and splash your cares away. Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the private balcony. Overlooking the pool, the spectacular view of the ocean is unbeatable, especially when you sip your coffee while watching the sun rise over the reflective sea. The living area invites you in on the comfortable furniture to take in a movie night on the large TV. Make memories together by eating home-cooked meals or playing board games around the formal dining table. Make yummy meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, with all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Booster seats are available for younger guests. THINGS TO KNOW PLEASE READ: The Homeowners Association requires that that mandatory service visits (including, but not limited to quarterly pest control visits and routine maintenance on the HVAC system) are allowed by tenants. Refusal to allow a technician in the unit will result in a $250 fine to the tenant. Trash collection is on Mon & Thurs May-Oct and Mon only Nov-April, Blue containers are for recycling only; trash collection does not include appliances, furniture, beach chairs, etc. – these items need to be removed by owner or an outside service. Each unit is assigned 2 parking spaces which are subject to change annually – parking passes must be displayed on the driver's side dash at all times to avoid towing A parking diagram is posted at the bottom of both stairwells Separate parking for golf carts is Not provided – a golf cart should display one of the two parking passes at all times – charging for golf carts is not available on premises – charging needs to be arranged elsewhere Traffic flow around the building is one way – entry is at the south end and exit is at the north end – entrance and exit signs are posted at the front of the building Tenants are NOT allowed to have pets on premises Grilling on decks is NOT allowed by state law Use of facilities (including pool, beach access, parking) are for owners or tenants while staying at Reefs IV This rental is located on floor 2. Pool is open from mid-April to mid-October from dawn to dusk If your home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Accommodations are literally on the beach. The sunrise over the ocean is beautiful from the deck or from the privacy of bed. Sunset is just as gorgeous from the balcony in the front of the house. Pool is big in comparison to other rentals. Family games, beach toys, kitchenware; all there! Thank you for a wonderful place to call home for a week. We will be back!

We had a great, albeit HOT, week at the beach this year. This unit is possibly the nicest we have ever rented in the 20+ years of going to the beach for vacation in NC. Lovely, well-appointed, close to the beach, with a great swimming pool. I just wish it were not in Carolina Beach, tho—way too crowded and EXPENSIVE to park anywhere! Unfortunately, we will not be returning, even though my grandkids are already begging to return to 2B by the Sea same time next year! I guess it’s a possibility… If you like Carolina Beach, you will LOVE 2B by the Sea!

We really enjoyed the place for a longer weekend. The place is very clean and pretty spacious compared to other condos we rented. Big balcony with wonderful views and sounds of waves crashing. The beds were comfortable. Location is great. There is a coffee shop within walking distance (less than 10min) that had great coffee. Thank you for having us!

Our family had a great stay. View from the balcony was perfect and it was nice being so close to the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and came stocked with everything we needed.

My family and I have been renting this place annually since 2019. We always have a great time! The view and beach access is top notch. The condo is always clean and very welcoming. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. We've made some awesome family memories there and always look forward to going. Can't wait until next year!

VACASA throughout the whole trip was unable to resolve any issues when dealing with pool access and then lied stating that a local member was bringing a key. After waiting around and no one showed up I called again when they stated that they can not help only the local branch can, when I asked for their contact, they could not provide it. VACASAS fees are high, yet they did nothing to help the situation and remedied a $900 two night stay with no pool access (even though I confirmed prior to booking it was open) they gave me $50. The condo was lovely the management and customer service was horrible. Save yourself the frustration.

This is the second time we have brought our 2 kiddos down and stayed in this specific condo unit. Honestly this will be where we co time to stay as long as it is available. The location is awesome, it’s spacious, bigger pool, all good things. We’ve created some wonderful family memories here!

The inside of the condo was nice and as expected but getting there was a challenge. Evidently Monday morning is garbage day so when we got there, the garbage cans were all out in the street, basically blocking the narrow driveway that led to our parking space. The driveway is very narrow. I actually had to fold my mirrors in to be safe. The lock on the door seemed to be fairly complicated. It has a 10 digit code and requires the timing of the code to be just right for it to work. We stood outside the door for 4 to 5 minutes every time we came and left trying to get the door unlocked. As a reminder this condo is on the second floor of a three story building so if you’re looking for peace and quiet pray that whoever rents the third floor condo does not have a lot of children. When we were there we could actually see the fans swaying. All these beech condos are built like houses not a lot of steel and concrete. The pool is small but they keep it clean and the beech is just a short walk over the dune. For me it will be “Not 2B”

Having a pool to go with instant beach access really makes this condo an excellent choice. Everything is well maintained and kept very clean. The beds were super comfortable too which can make all the difference in a successful vacation. ☀️

The location can’t be beat. Much more spacious than I thought it would be, easily accommodating 6 adults in my group. Kitchen is well appointed. This will be my go to at the beach! Loved it!!

Nice little place but beds need updating as they are collapsing and squeak very loudly. Other than that everything was great. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and listen to the ocean waves. Very quiet and relaxing The unit is close to Carolina Beach Pier but that's only a restaurant. If you want to do some pier fishing you'll have to go to Kure Beach Pier just a few miles the other way.

Great location! Right on beach with pool, close enough to attractions/restaurants but far enough down from the busy part of the beach! Had everything we needed and spacious enough for our two families! Great access to the beach. Loved outdoor area with table and views of the beach! Great vacation!

What a lovely time at the beach. So close to the water and the view was unbelievable. Close to everything. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the ocean while drinking coffee and playing cards. We had everything we needed inside including sand toys for the kids. Definitely stay again.

This rental unit has easy access to the beach and a nice view of the surf from the balcony, living room and main bedroom. It is well- furnished, and all beds and living room furniture were clean and comfortable. Everything appeared to be clean, with one exception. The bathroom tub bottom strangely had quite a bit of a dirty brown substance on it that was resolved with about five minutes of scrubbing and rinsing. The door to the third bedroom would not close, but that didn’t turn out to be a problem. Everything else seemed to work well and overall I felt the rental was reasonably priced. Our group of four adults had an enjoyable, pleasant time and would consider renting there again.
