While the surf and warm sands are just steps away, this condo is also conveniently close to several local attractions including the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, and the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, all within 15 miles of your door. Back home, prep your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the adjacent table. After meals, bust out the board games for some family fun or sink into the matching sofas and watch TV into the evening. This condo also comes with central air-conditioning to beat the heat during the summer months and a private washer/dryer to help you keep your swimsuits and towels bright and clean! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

We stayed for a week and overall had a great time nice quiet area very family friendly. The home we stayed in was nice it was clean when we arrived they even let us check in early which we were grateful for. I think the home could just use a little updating in a few areas but nice place nonetheless.

This was a lovely condo right on the beach! I loved watching the sunrise from the balcony in the morning! Sheets, towels, soap, dish soap and laundry detergent are provided so you can save room when packing!! I would suggest bringing along a sharp knife if you plan to need one and also a can opener and a decent frying pan. You may also want to bring along some board games! I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again sometime!

Loved we were right on the ocean and did not have to walk far to set up for a day on the beach. Deck had a great view of the sunrise.

Both bathrooms are deteriorating, bit otherwise the condo was nice. Amazing view. Very quite and parking easy to use.

The condo has a great view of the ocean. It is a third floor walk up, so there are stairs to climb. Mostly the condo was great though there were a few things that didn't work. Also we could not find the parking passes in the unit. For the most part we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the sea.
