Description

Enjoy a truly blissful vacation in this huge, one-of-a-kind 7 Bedroom / 6 bath retreat on the dunes. This classic beach cottage has ocean, Sound, and Intracoastal Waterway views as well as wonderful architectural details with a unique mix of Victorian and contemporary comfort. There are three bedrooms with ocean views and four with sound views. The first floor has its own huge lower deck area. The second floor has a kitchen and a large living room overlooking the ocean with a wet bar. On the Sound side, enjoy delightful views of the Intracoastal Waterway and a private balcony with unobstructed views of both the ocean and the Sound. On the top floor, there is a huge main suite with a wet bar, a glass-top desk, and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. The other two top-floor bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings, extraordinary views, a large bathroom, and another private deck that faces the sound. Jog, fish, surf, swim, read, walk to the nearby fishing pier, watch the dolphins, or stroll along the edge of the sea. Or, stay closer to home and take a dip in the unheated private pool operates seasonally. Things to Know The private pool is typically open from April through September.

The house was very spacious. Plenty of room for our huge family. Any the location was FANTASTIC! However, the house was infested with ants. The cabinets were full of dirty dishes. 2 huge jacuzzi tubs, but the jets were rendered inactive. The hot tub only worked for one day. The pool is very very tiny. We couldn't all use it together. The master bath shower was missing a knob for the cold water so we almost scalded our selves.

Our large family enjoyed the amenities at this oceanfront home. The two decks overlooking the ocean were great. Particularly the second floor deck with an overhead roof hot tub and porch swing. The swing was comfortable and many spent time in it relaxing and enjoying the view. Access to the ocean was easy and private pool provided added enjoyment. On the whole it was fun for our entire family which included adults children and infants. All enjoyed swimming in the ocean, hunting for shells and rocks along the seashore and the surf boards provided were used a lot A good time was had by all

Very spacious house, beach location was perfect - easy walk to the pier but no crowds at all near us. First time in Topsail but definitely not the last. House & furnishings are a bit dated but beds were comfortable and there were plenty of coffee pots (counted 5!) and dishes. One downstairs room didn't have air conditioning (vents not working??) which was kind of a drag, but otherwise everything was in relatively good order. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in this house. The natural light, the unique main floor plan, the mini bar, and the view from the top floor primary bedroom and it star-studded ceiling. The views were breathtaking from all the windows. We recommend Blues View for any large family and we’d also like to thank Vacasa for the great cleaning and for being available when we had questions.

Great location for a relaxing vacation at the beach. House is adequately equipped with everything you'll need. There was a miscommunication with the cleaning company so the house was not ready for us the first 6 hours and the front lock did not work, Vacasa was prompt with adressing the issue to our satisfaction. The property could use a good deep cleaning and some cosmetic repairs, but that did not stop us from having an amazing week. Would definitely stay here again.

The listing said it didn’t include linens but it actually did, so very convenient. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the hot tub safely, it was overheating and was showing 110+ degrees. We found that in such a beautiful home the routine maintenance and cleaning left a lot to be desired. These things aside we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and it was very convenient having all the dishes we needed. The kids enjoyed the games, toys left on the deck and the easy access to the beach. Location was wonderful. You can get to Sneads Ferry or Surf city in minutes, and the pier is a short walk to fish.
