Welcome to Seaside Heights, your home-away-from-home located in the beautiful Seaside Village with swaying palm trees and a community pool, plus beach and sound access nearby. This house has been recently renovated with new paint, ceiling fans and furniture, and is located on a cul-de-sac with a pool oasis located in the center of this small community. This beach cottage offers WiFi and many comforts of home including a handy beach cart to help you easily bring chairs and blankets to the beach, which is only steps away. There is spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas on the first floor with all of the bedrooms nestled on the top level of this home. Come prepared to relax and create wonderful memories as Seaside Heights will be the place you want to return to year after year. Enjoy lounging in one of the comfortable rocking chairs on the covered porch or catch a few rays on the sundeck with views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Delight yourself swimming in the pool, relaxing on the beach, or go fishing on the private neighborhood pier. The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th and availability is subject to change without notice.

House was super cute and clean! Beds were comfortable and had all amenities that we needed. Great outdoor living spaces and great location to the beach. House is on a cul-de-sac with a shared pool in the middle. Access to a shared pier was also fun to fish off of. Would definitely rent again!

Great location and lovely house. Lots of stairs so be aware if you have small children or not so sure footing if your getting up in the years like me. We had 2 issues while staying for the week which were both resolved within 6 hours of notifying Vacasa. We lost ac on the upstairs floor and woke up to 75 deg and was 87deg by the time it was fixed that afternoon. The pan in the attic was full of water and tripped the float swith turning the unit off. Blaze air came out and got it back working. Wednesday we had to hot water and the water heater had tripped on the heater not in the breaker panel so that was resolved same day as the call was made. Vacasa was very much on the ball with both these issues and followed up with texts keeping me posted of the status of technicians. Parking is tight but manageable with 3 cars. Small boats less that 18ft or jet skis would fit for parking if you only had 2 cars. Great trip on a beautiful island.

The location was great, just a short walk across the street and you were on the beach. Having access to the pool was a great way cool off and relax without all the worry of taking everything to the beach. Location to shopping was a short drive to Surf City with great stores and people. We love Topsail and highly recommend Seaside Heights as A Must Stay!
