No more fighting over who gets the best bedroom - with all four oceanfront bedrooms, they are all the best! With two oceanfront decks and a beach walkway with open and covered seating, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the captivating ocean views. The living room offers vaulted ceilings for an open and airy feel. The family will love gathering together in this cozy space to take in a favorite movie or show on the big screen TV. Other features here include an electric fireplace, a sleep sofa, and easy access to the oceanfront deck through a sliding glass door. The dining room boasts a stylish dark wood pub table with seating for eight. Natural light floods in from the sliding glass door out to the oceanfront deck and a large window overlooking the ocean. The large kitchen is modern and elegant, with its abundant wood cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, center island with pendant lights, and stool seating for three. The family chef has hit the jackpot here! A beautifully carpeted bedroom is just behind the living room and will make a wonderful sanctuary for one lucky person or couple. Complete with a full suite of furniture, TV, seating area, seagrass chair, and private access to the deck, this bedroom offers wonderful privacy. A full bath with dual vanities is in the hall and accessible from both the bedroom and the hall. Downstairs are three additional carpeted bedrooms and two full baths. At each end of the hall are bedrooms, with a lovely white bedroom suite, TV, ceiling fan, and sliding door access to the oceanfront deck. The mid-floor bedroom is perfect for the kids. These three bedrooms share two full baths, one at either end of the hallway.

We’ve stayed in this house several times and just love the beachfront access and elevator. House is mostly well appointed, but needs some minor updates and attention. Overall a great stay. The outdoor furniture and gazebo are perfect. We love the location in North Topsail, a little less crowded and quiet but still close to Surf City. Staff at Vacasa was attentive when elevator stopped working mid stay-they got someone out quickly to repair so we could use it the rest of the week. Pier is about a mile walk on the beach which is great! Italian Ice cart came by the house every day which the kids (and adults) loved.

This house was perfect for our group. All the bedrooms have a view of the ocean (not just the master). Loved all the king sized beds. If you like a darker bedroom bring a blackout curtains for above the beds. There are some sun blocking curtains but not for all windows. The elevator was a huge plus as well as all the kitchen items (toaster, Tupperware, mugs, plates, dishwasher, pots, pans and etc,). We did bring paper plates and wish we would have brought plastic utensils (not a lot of utensils for 10 people) as well. Not a huge house but had enough space for us all and beautiful decks as well as gazebo. Also we had a repair needed and Vacassa did get someone to the house promptly. I would definitely recommend the Minty Escape.

Loved the openness of the living area. The elevator is a huge plus especially for the elderly folks in our group. The cabana proved to be a great spot.

We had 12 people (7 adults) in the home and did not feel cramped. Location was fabulous with perfect views of the ocean and a quick staircase walk to the beach. Area not congested so plenty of quiet and privacy. If you like shell or shark teeth hunting, this is the place to be. Grocery store only 10min drive and fresh seafood for purchase not far either maybe 15 minutes. Would definitely come back.

We loved the floor plan. Loved the location. We loved having the elevator. Absolutely loved the four bedrooms being oceanfront, that’s always a plus for me and the covered deck out toward the beach was amazing. Very nice deck furniture and a great swing on the deck. We would definitely rent it again.

Oceans views great, kitchen stocked well. Beds nice ,Nice elevator especially with a knee in a cast. Just loved the house. Quiet, peaceful. Needed more instructions in house on things like trash Pickup. Need Vasaca instruction booklet not Treasure Realty because you cant go by whats in their book.

Upon our arrival the beds were made and clean linens were available. The house was clean and ready to be occupied.

Minty Escape is in the perfect location in North Topsail. The layout of this house is perfect and the elevator is a plus. We enjoyed the upper deck and the gazebo every day. Initially , we had some trouble with the locks and the bedding…Vacasa was most helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfy. We realize this a rental property, but the house does need a deep cleaning and new furniture in the main living area.
