Description

Located approximately four-and-a-half miles from the high-rise bridge and Soundside Park, this six-bedroom, beachfront home is the definition of convenience, rest, and entertainment! Delight yourself with impressive and exquisite sunrises on Oceanside and fabulous sunsets over the Sound. There is an elevator that will take you to all floors, which is ideal for guests with limited mobility. This retreat has a reverse floor plan, with most of the bedrooms (five) located on the first level. The main living space is on the second floor along with the primary bedroom. The open floor plan allows everyone to stay connected during the stay. Unwind in the sunny living area and watch a favorite show on the TV. Treat your guests to delicious and refreshing cocktails and mocktails thanks to the adjoining wet bar. Then, challenge one of your guests to a friendly chess game. When it's time to relax, head over to the sound-side deck to enjoy a soothing time in the beachfront hot tub. The deck features an outdoor shower as well. Enjoy fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and wildlife watching from a shared community dock. Back inside, the well-appointed kitchen will be waiting for you to prepare memorable homemade meals. The spacious primary bedroom offers direct deck access, a TV, and an en suite bath with double vanity and a jetted tub. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is decorative.

The house is large and very inviting! The very best part are the views north and south up and down the beach and from the front of the house you can see the beautiful marsh, birds, and colors of the sunset. And the location is ideal on a beautiful stretch of North Topsail Beach! The home itself is ideal--the bedrooms are large and roomy, and the very large living/dining/kitchen area has lots and lots of windows to enjoy the views!! We've spent our family beach week at Under the Red Roof for 2 years, and we'll be back again next year!!

We have been coming to topsail for 5 years and this was by far our most favorite house! It accommodated our family of 12 and dog perfectly. It sits perfectly with the beach front sunrise view in the am and the back of house sunset view over the sound in the pm. It is also the perfect distance between public access to the beach so it’s nestled in a private beach spot for your beach days which was a huge plus for us especially on July 4th. The house was excellent and clean. The Vacasa staff was very responsive to questions and issues. We couldn’t be happier and would 100% book again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us :) we love this trip every summer and loved our stay in this home.

We have been going to the NC coast for 16 years with our children and grandchildren and this is one of our favorite houses. It's spacious, well stocked and its unique furnishing create a cozy, homelike feel while its location, between beach and sound, is ideal. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets bookended good beach and hot tubbing times.

This house has everything you need, from puzzles and games to beach toys and everything you might need in the kitchen. . The elevator is a must for us since the oldest member of our family is 96.

Everything about this beautiful home is impressive. Needless to say the location itself is optimal: the views of the ocean and equally the sound! We watched an array of fireworks from the deck, never having to be in the usual traffic on this holiday. Parking was most favorable with 6+ on the cul de sac, never had to deal with cars by other houses. Spotless cleanliness, gorgeous decor on every level. We are cooks in the family so the well equipped kitchen was most appreciated. This was truly a memorable experience for our family as we gathered from 3 different states. Luck had it that the weather was perfect every day, so, the beach was calling! Our toddler granddaughters enjoyed playing in the water and the sand. Hopefully we can repeat this most satisfying experience at the “Under the red roof “ in the years to come. Jasmina and Denny M.

We continue returning to this home finding it provides everything we need for a week of fun. The kitchen is well appointed and we have arrived to a clean home year after year. We did find that the downstairs washer and dryer weren’t working properly but it was no problem given there was another set upstairs. All in all, a wonderful experience and you sure can’t beat that oceanfront beach access… especially with kids in tow!

We were very happy with our recent stay at Under the Red Roof. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and beach was beautiful. There were 10 of us and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, etc. The only thing that did not work was the ice maker, but that was easily fixed with a bag of ice. Vacasa was easy to contact when there was an error message on the hot tub and someone came out and looked at the next day. It was helpful that all the sheets and towels were provided and there were even plenty extra pillows and blankets. Several baby gates were in the house which made it easy to keep dogs on one level. Also two washer/dryers (one on each level) and easy to use elevator from the ground level. We would stay here again!

While this house had a few minor issues, that the owners will hopefully take care of, it was a beautiful house that was enjoyable to stay a week in. The beach was wonderful along with the views from both sides of the house. It was a great week with family and an enjoyable experience.

The house had lots of space, with spacious bedrooms, easy access to the beach and a well equipped kitchen. We found a couple of small issues when we checked in and Vacasa responded very quickly with resolution.

This house has everything you need for a fun family vacation. We were a family of 8 and one fur baby and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out if needed and then come together over dinner and games in the spacious dinning/ living room area. This home offers spectacular views from inside and out! The elevator made move in and out a breeze! We will definitely stay here again!

We love this house Myself, my Wife and my 3 children their spouses and all of my Grandchildren have rented this house 4 years in a row and have already reserved it for next year we love seeing the dolphins chasing the Shrimp Boats in the morning the beach in front of the house is magnificent and the house is comfortable we love it and Love North Top Sail Island.
