An exceptional stay awaits you at this beautiful, completely renovated top-to-bottom oceanfront home with private beach access! Interior highlights include huge windows for breathtaking ocean views, a custom kitchen with a wine fridge, vaulted ceilings, and skylights for an open, airy feeling. Renovated with the highest quality materials like coastal shiplap ceilings, marble bathrooms, granite countertops, and TREX decking on all levels. The open-concept living room, kitchen, dining area, and top-floor primary bedroom are all located on the third level with floor-to-ceiling and picture windows with incredible, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean (and a skylight with a motorized shade in the primary bedroom for stargazing). The second-floor primary bedroom also has amazing views of the ocean, while the other two second-floor bedrooms have great views of the Intercoastal Waterway. There are amazing views from every single room of the house! Come relax on the rocking chairs, stroll on the beach, and play in the waves. This home has keyless entry and offers high-speed internet, smart Roku-enabled TVs in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private community dock for kayak launching and the outdoor shower for easy clean-up. Make use of the two beach cruisers and ride in style into Surf City without even having to start up your car. Some days are beach lounging days, while others are for exploring the area's amazing shops, restaurants, and attractions. Visit the turtle rescue and rehab center, Fort Davis, or check out a museum to learn about local history, pirates, and even modern space technology. Don't forget to visit all the specialty shops, antique stores, day spas, water shuttle, surf shops, restaurants, and breweries. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

House was very nice and well stocked. Updated and clean. Hot tub was a plus. No complaints...a few things need attention. 1. Microwave is old and all rusty inside-time to invest in new one. 2. Back decks are very wobbly...perhaps more supports are needed. 3. Couch needs a deep clean or slip covers as lots of stains. None of the above effected our stay just some suggestions. Enjoyed the house and location on beach. Staff was always very helpful and friendly.

We loved this house and thought it was the perfect layout for our party of 8. Steps away from the beach with 2 large decks was a dream. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub as well! Our only suggestion was to offer more basic supplies (eg. hand soap for the bathrooms, a couple of beach chairs, extra blankets for the couch or beds). We traveled from the west coast had to purchase a lot of supplies that are usually supplied at weekly rentals.

My family of 5 has been vacationing on Topsail for nearly 20 years. This was the prettiest beach house we've ever stayed in. It is recently updated, so the colors are fresh and beachy. The kitchen is spacious and bright. Lots of counter space and pantry space. Also, room for more than one person in the kitchen without feeling cramped. There are stools along the counter, plus a dining table that seats 6. The bathrooms are updated with higher vanities and roomy showers. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower on the bottom deck. The bedrooms are plenty big with ample drawer and closet space. We had 4 more beds than we needed, and each of my sons had their own room. We really liked the layout with the primary bedroom on the top floor beside the kitchen and family room. My husband and I get up early, and the teens could sleep in on the first floor. There is a laundry room on the first floor with a very basic Amana washer and dryer that were truly the best operating washer and dryer I've ever used in a beach house. Simple controls but very effective. Our trip was late July, so the beach was busy but not over crowded. There is a public beach access a few houses north, but that did not seem to affect us. We set up our Shibumi each day right in front of the house. We enjoyed our week at Blue Moon and hope to book again next year!

This property deliverd all of the things you look for in a beach vacation. It's ocean front, it has its own beach access, and we really liked having a hose and outdoor shower to clean up with on the way in from the beach. Two decks gave ample.room for people to lounge. The place feels.roomy. I appreciated hav9ng two thermostats for up and downstairs. The roku tvs in each room were splendid so everyone could recharge at night in their own way. I would definitely come back again.

We loved this house and the location! It fit our family of 7 with room to spare and was everything we were wanting! It’s right on the beach beautifully decorated and very well maintained. We had a small issue with the door lock and it was handled immediately. They checked on us to make sure it was still working. The communication was great and everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be back. Even the kids said we have to come back to this exact house next year

We loved the house and we loved the beach! It was very relaxing. The property needed to provide more basic supplies like toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. The hot tub was broken.So if you plan to use a hot tub, I would inquire if it is working.

We lived our stay at Blue Moon. It was so easy to get into the home and once we were there we were so comfortable. The access to the beach was amazing and the views were spectacular and so great to wake up to.

We loved our stay at this home. We booked Thanksgiving 2024 while enjoying Thanksgiving this year! This home is in the perfect location with plenty of room to spread out! We can’t wait to make this home our yearly vacation spot!

The house is lovely and recently renovated & updated! The view of the ocean/beach is amazing from the family-kitchen area. There are three draw backs to be aware of ......... (1) if you plan on cooking meals, there are no real pots & pans. Although the house was recently updated, the pots and pans were not .... rusted and not a set of pots/pans which was very disappointing. (2) be aware if you go in the cooler months, because there are no blankets in the house. All the beds have a sheet and very thin bedspread/quilt on them, so if you get cold in bed or if you just like a blanket while you watch TV; you better bring your own! (3) The room with the bunk beds if older kids or adults sleep in the room, it is not comfortable. The beds have a very thin non-existent mattress on them and you can feel the bed slats, which makes for very uncomfortable nights. And although the property management company responded via texts right away, they did not do anything except say they would look into my request for blankets and even told the local crew I cancelled the request for them. All in all the house is very lovely. It just needs a few items added to make the stay perfect for the next family :-)

This place is lovely for a great beach vacation. It has new owners have added some nice features like top notch kitchen appliances. It might be there are future improvements coming, but my recommendations would include adding curtains that completely cover the windows. Also, adding screens to the working windows would be nice. We like a softer mattress, and the master bed is extra firm, so plan on that. Someone left a large container of dishwasher pods and trash bags, which was nice. We would definitely rent again, although now that Vacasa has taken over the rates are ridiculously high.
