This beach vacation home offers wonderful views of the ocean, sound, and the Intracoastal Waterway from one of its four decks. This home is located directly across the street from the public beach access yet backs up to the sound and the Intracoastal Waterway. This home has been professionally decorated with quality furnishings and comforts to help you feel right at home. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor - the main bedroom has its own TV, a private balcony with sound views, and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs, the main living space features a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a cozy living area with a new TV. Off of the living area is a sunroom that can be used as a fourth bedroom. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, a dual zone AC, and an outdoor enclosed shower for your added comfort.

This is a very lovely home! We loved how close it was to the beach! It's just across the road and you can be there in less than 2 minutes! There was never crowded. The outside shower was great because it has hot water too! We had plenty of room for our family of 9. My oldest daughter loved the room off of the living room that she used as a bedroom! All of the beds were very comfortable. It was well stocked with tissue paper, towels, wash cloths and sheets. We cooked everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed! We were surprised to find a Keurig, a toaster and a toaster oven tucked in the cabinet! The decks on the front side were nice because you can see the ocean and feel the ocean breeze! On the back decks you have a nice view of the intercoastal waterway which is beautiful at sunset. The neighborhood was very quiet. Again, I truly enjoyed our stay, I will make one small note that the sofa covers were faded, but the sofas were in great shape, very clean and appeared new underneath and the carpet on stairs is in need of repair but everything else in the home was very clean and very nice just like the photos and I would definitely stay here again!

The house was nice. With just a few minor updates it would be great such as a washer/dryer that functioned better, an updated coffee pot, better pots/pans, an outside house that didn’t leak and a good inside paint job. Other than that the location was excellent.
