Great location, provided excellent views of beach, sunsets, and especially sunrises. Amenities provided were very helpful. Needs the paint refreshed, but, I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful, relaxing week and the house was everything it stated! They had all the amenities you would need for dogs to wee ones to adults. Very clean and comfortable. The location was great...with views of the marsh, the inlet and the ocean. Unique!. Easy path to the beach. We would book again!

On the beach, wonderful large windows that have views of the beach from the kitchen and living room. The homeowner thought of every kitchen amenities possible, and don't bring toddler toys - they have enough!

The house had absolutely everything you can imagine - toys for all ages, a wonderful outside shower, fully stocked kitchen, a lot of seating- both indoor and out. The ocean view sold me on this house and it didn’t disappoint. We could walk out on the beach and still see family members from inside. We even saw dolphins playing in the water one evening. Hope to visit again!

The windows in the house are everything-amazing views all around. The house is stocked with everything you need and then some. Incredible back deck, and the outdoor shower is one of the best features they have to offer. My family of 6 plus 2 dogs had an amazing week. The beach was beautiful and we almost had it to ourselves each day. The owner was so kind and informative and even left us a welcome gift. We would definitely like to stay again!

The beach house is a very spacious with a large kitchen and numerous bedrooms that open to views of the sand and ocean. The only downside is number of stairs that’s required to travel ! If your not fit when you get there, you will be when you leave!!!!! We are already talking about going back next year!!!!!

The views from every window is amazing! There are a lot of stairs, but we thought it was well worth it. Very quiet location. House was well stocked and clean, we enjoyed every second!!

We stayed here as a family of 7. 5 adults and 2 kids. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We had rain the first few days, but view from house was great, and plenty of games in the house. I do wish it was disclosed that you cannot swim on the beach near the house. We would have loved to get in the water, but with the river right there flowing into the ocean to the right, it makes it dangerous. There were recent drownings of kids there near us. So please be careful if you get in! The water drops right off when you get in. If you go past the black thing in the water to the right, it is just ocean and safe, but you'd have to walk a bit. Even after all that, the house is absolutely fantastic with views from every window. I would stay here again, but probably not with my kids while they are still younger and like to swim more. The house was very nice. Well stocked and clean. 😊 The problem issues we had, could not be helped or changed by the owner. The public parking area beside us was quite distracting for a peaceful time on the decks....even until late into the night. I would not be able to stay again because of several flights of stairs to the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. My knees are in very bad condition for stair climbing. It is a short walk to the beach. But the undertow this week because of hurricane "Debbie", was very dangerous. So b/n the daily storms and rough waters, there were little or no trips to the beach. 😔 But none of those things could be helped by the owner. It's a Beautiful home. 😍

Sunrises were fabulous, house was clean and well stocked! We didn't know that the house was next to a beach access and thought it would be noisy, but it was very quiet and there was a consistent police presence. The house was beautifully decorated and steps to the beach. It was a wonderful week with our Marine son and his wife!

Point of view was a great house. Well stocked and comfortable. The stairs up to the front door were streap and made of tile so a little slippery. That was the only minus. Great place for dogs if they can climb stairs well.

This house was amazing. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our trip. The house is very kid friendly, my granddaughter had lots of different toys to choose from. The views are spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a few days this December as a quick getaway to get away from the holiday stress. This property was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and warm and cozy. So many special touches like toiletries provided and extra cozy blankets around the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every meal! Lots of games and puzzles, child items and toys and even dog items! During the winter season, this is a fairly private area and the views are just unreal! Our dogs had so much fun running on the beach. We saw dolphins and found lots of cool shells. Beds were comfortable and the setup of the rooms and bathrooms is great. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

This home has beautiful views from every window as is seen in the rental photographs. It is well furnished, the linens were very nice and the house was unusually well stocked with personal use supplies like dish soap.

The location cannot be beat. The house was comfortable and had everything you could need including toys and other baby related items.

Beautiful home with plenty of space and gorgeous views of the sound, waterway and ocean. Wonderful watching the sunrise and the big full moonrise. Very baby/kid friendly. A lot of steps/stairs if you have crawling babies or any body injuries so keep that in mind. Very well stocked kitchen and a relaxing hot tub with jets in the primary bedroom on the top level.

Exactly as described and shown in the pictures. After the weekend crowd left the beach had just enough people you didnt feel alone but certainly not crowded. A great view feom eveey level of the house. Porches and balconies could use some attentjon but still very safe.
