Admire gorgeous ocean views from the decks after fun-filled days on the shore. Inside, you'll find a spacious and sunlit interior with all the comforts of home and more. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Relax and restore in one of 10 bedrooms (all with en suite bathrooms) - plus two half baths for good measure. Extras include a grill, gaming equipment, an elevator, and 11 TVs. The private pool is typically open from May through October.

Topsail Tower has enough bedrooms for a very large family. We had anticipated filling every bed, but had some family members cancel at the last minute. A very large and roomy house, with a delightful pool and a hot tub, which we had not thought we'd use, but did. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked! Better than any house I've stayed in before. The two stoves came in handy, as did the two dishwashers!! Elevator is a must for bringing up suitcases and groceries! We would rent again, if we return to N Topsail.

The house has everything. Game room was great! Kitchen is loaded. Pool temp was perfect. Beach access is great with gazebo. Beds very comfy too.

This house was absolutely perfect for our annual vacation. This was our second time renting this home. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent it again. It was spacious enough for the 21 of us that were there. It was well appointed. The only problem was the rental company. We encountered a problem with the hot tub…. Reported it and they said that someone would be out to fix it within a few hours. That was at 11:30 ish. 3:00 and no one had come yet and no update as to when they might show up. I reached out around 4:00 and they had no update. Tuesday around noon, a man did show up. No forewarning. He resolved the issue and the hot tub was reusable again very late that that night. No broom in the house… reported that. It was never addressed. We ended up buying one. The rental company is terrible. This is a consistent theme with them. We have rented through them a few other times and their business practices or lack there of remains the same.

We loved everything! There were 16 of us and it was perfect. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and also be together. Beds were very comfortable and the de KS and pool area were lovely.

We (7 families) had the time of our lives! The ten bedrooms and bedrooms were perfectly spaced on the 2nd and 3rd floors so that each family had its privacy at night, and the 4th floor kitchen and living area allowed us to come together throughout the day and at dinner time. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, the hot tub was a daily hit, the pool was perfect for our family Olympic event (pool volleyball), and the beach was just a short walk away. We hope to return when we can coordinate 7 family schedules to do that.

Beautiful home - well equipped kitchen and great space for our large family to have fun together. Everything was clean and ready to use. Definitely our favorite home we’ve stayed in at Topsail.

The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything we needed and more for the perfect week at the beach with our entire family. We were a party of 16 ( 8 adults and 8 kids).

Topsail Tower was the perfect place for our family vacation. It accommodated 18 of us without a problem. We felt the house was very spacious for our group. The views were wonderful. The house was very clean overall. The floors could have been a little cleaner. We had a few issues with communication with Vacasa, but overall nothing that prevented us from enjoying ourselves. The only thing that we were displeased with was not being able to get in early. We arrived a few hours early and there was no one at the house. I do understand that check in was at 4:00 pm but it appeared ( as we drove by several times) that house was ready MUCH earlier than that. After a 10+ hour drive, it would have been nice to have that option. Once 4:00 rolled around, we were unable to get into the house….. the code provided the day before did not work. It took 2 more codes to get one that worked. We were a little frustrated…….but the problem was solved and we really enjoyed our week. We highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again.

We loved the house! The views of the ocean from the top and 3rd floor decks were phenomenal! The cleaning crew did a great job before we arrived! There were some beach toys and two beach chairs left at the house, and we left two more for other traveling folk like my family. I would have given it 5/5 but the elevator was broken most of the week, and half of our family group was in the 60's age range. Overall, the house met our expectations and we would definitely rent it again! PS, if the pictures didn't show it, the boardwalk to the beach guess through the pool. Also the rooms with a jacuzzi bathtub (yes, there are two of those rooms) are on the 3rd floor

The house is well equipped with many amenities. The local management team is not responsive to problems in a timely manner. There is no local office phone number. The texting option did not resolve a bed with no sheets. Finally on Monday I had to go buy a set of sheets after hourly promises that the local would take care of it. The way Vacasa resolved it after me remaining in the house waiting for someone to deliver them for a day and a half was to refund the exact price of the sheets. The air did not cool the third floor and we spent the week with very warm bedrooms. It was a cool week and it was still 79 or higher on that floor. I was promised that Vacasa would make it right…no further making it right. This is now 9 days since we have departed.

Everything about this home is fabulous. Well equipped, great condition, and beautifully decorated. We've been taking an extended family beach vacation most years for the last 20+ years to various NC beaches, and this home is on the top of our list. Thank you to Vacasa and the owners for providing such a wonderful vacation.

This Tower is laid out nicely! Kitchen, living area very spacious. Pool is nice! The decks offer excellent views! Our group had a great week!
