You can thank your lucky shores for finding this beautiful beachfront townhome! Situated right on the sand at the northernmost tip of Topsail Beach, this ocean-view retreat will have you stepping into pure beachfront bliss immediately upon arrival. The stilted, two-story interior comes fully furnished for contemporary family comfort, while the private deck offers a prime vantage point for soaking in the views while enjoying leisurely outdoor living. The full kitchen is ready and equipped to help you throw together a beach picnic or prepare home-cooked meals. In the evenings, unwind in front of the living room TV or bust out the board games for some old-school family fun. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. There's also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off sandy feet and beach gear before heading inside. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The condition of beach walkways, decks, and stairs changes quickly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration. We make every effort to maintain the accurate status of home amenities but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unexpected changes to the coastline.

The house was really beautiful with lots of room. The kitchen was very well stocked. The house set right on the beach. We really loved that we were able to sit under the house out of the sun to play in the sand with our grandchildren. The glass railing was an absolute bonus, it gave you unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean. The beach is absolutely stunning. The area was so quiet and not crowded. It was an absolutely perfect week with our family. I definitely would book this house again.

It was a nice place, and I would recommend. Had beautiful views. Right on the beach. The glass railing was amazing. But every place has its downfalls. Parking sucked. Said there was room for 3 vehicles, with all the sand blowing we only had room for 1 vehicle. We "think" we were in our driveway with our other vehicle. For some reason they never took the towels from previous renters. So, we had to walk around them every day. No beach access from deck, had to walk through the house to and from the beach. There wasn't much pressure from the faucet outside, so sand everywhere. The sliding glass doors were very hard to open and close

The house was amazing, great views really enjoyed the glass around the deck instead of the wood panels! Great bedroom space and layout. Had to go out the front door to get to the beach which was no hassle. The driveway is horrible. Had to pay for a tow, tow company super friendly and said he has been to this location multiple times. Driveway needs fix or helped. Should not rent a house without driveway especially when there is NO OTHER areas to park!!!

We stayed in this home for 21 days in March. The home is very nice, the views are beautiful, and we loved the deck off the living room. It is well appointed and very clean. The driveway comes off a one lane soft sand road that has sand dunes on the road side as well as both sides of the single lane driveway. We had a 4 wheel drive truck with new tires and still got stuck several times at the end of the driveway. It took 2 weeks to get the top of the driveway cleaned off so we could park on the wood parking area near the house. The soft sand at the end of the driveway remained a problem the full duration of the stay. Parking may be easier later in the year when it has been packed down by other visitors.

Right on the beach which was great. Plenty of room for 10 people. Upstairs master is great spot to throw all the kids.

We loved having the water at the tips of our toes and then the whole beach to explore! Outside we were still able to enjoy the beach at high tide which we were nervous about but it all worked out with the sand between our home and the neighbors. Beds were comfy. Convenience of the washer and dryer are always a nice touch. Crab hunting right under the house was a blast for the kids. We would definitely book again.

The driveway is nothing but sand. Make sure you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle to park in the driveway. The ocean views are great though.

I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. The home was super clean and well equipped for everything we wanted to do. The views off the deck are immaculate. I will definitely be staying here again.

This beach home was perfect. The location is private. The home was clean, nice furniture and had everything you need for multiple families. I would highly recommend this home to all my friends and family. The sunrise could be seen from balcony. All my family loved staying here.
