NTB3767 Double Blessing

We had a great time here! The house was clean! The communication was a little lacking! I never spoke with a person everything was done via e-mail! I was not sure what to do with trash or sheets. The patio under the house and pool patio was a great gathering place to play games or just relax with a book!! The beach was right across street and we had a beautiful view out the front of the house and a beautiful sunset over the marsh in the back! The only negative is that the mattresses are in need of replacement and the furniture needs a professional cleaning!! We would stay at this property again!

Nice location, a walk across the road to beach. Can see ocean from master bedroom. Home is very clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen! The only issues were lots of steps. Kitchen is on 3rd floor. Not ideal for older people or small kiddos. Our 2.5 yo grandson did okay with inside steps. Pool has a leak. We had to keep filling daily. It is not evaporation issue. No ants as reported in past reviews.

Hi Marcel, thank you for your feedback and bringing your concerns to our attention. We have checked with our pool technician, and they have confirmed that the pool is equipped with an auto-fill device, so there should be no need for daily manual refilling. Regarding the hot tub, there was a brief issue lasting about a week that required adding water, but no other pool-related problems have been reported.

The outdoor space was the highlight: spacious outdoor shower, small pool, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor furniture to eat lunch in the shade. Additionally, we loved all the decks. The other pro was a very short walk to the beach! Biggest cons were that the fridge/freezer stopped working while we were there and the middle floor thermostat only worked intermittently. We submitted work orders, so hopefully those things will be fixed. Vacasa was helpful and responsive for these issues.

Our visit was great, the house was clean, just needs repainted in some areas. The king bed on the 3rd floor was comfortable. The pool had a leak somewhere and needed filled up about 5” every day. A walk across the road to the beach is convenient.

Also, having the downstairs fridge made loading up for the beach and having drinks by the pool super easy. Can't say enough nice things about this place...easy beach access and wonderful views too!

We loved the house’s location. It is a super quick walk to the beach and just one quick cross of the road and you are at the beach. There was plenty of room. They bedrooms were nice and bathrooms spacious. The kitchen was pretty and well equipped! The only real problem we had was there were 🐜 ants in the kitchen, and 🐜 ants in the bunk room and 🐜 ants in the dresser of the same room where the kids had their clothes in. Not a huge deal we just dried the clothes and put them back into their suitcases. But hey, it’s the beach. It seems like ants are a pretty common issue….nothing bad enough to keep us away from coming again. Just a minor inconvenience. We had a lovely, lovely time!!! We have never stayed at the same house twice, but we would TOTALLY come back here.

Beautiful property with everything you could possibly need. That kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and cookware to cook for a large family. Vacasa was very helpful with anything we needed. It was very clean and we loved having a pool too. Definitely going to try to book this place again next year. Best vacation ever.

Nice quiet area, not overly crowded. There’s plenty of furniture on each balcony to sit & enjoy the views both front & back. Restaurants, grocery stores are all within a 10 minute drive. Beach access is a very short walk across the street. House was very clean, there's some cleaning supplies there in case you need them (broom, dustpan, vacuum, cleaning sprays, bug sprays, toilet brushes & plungers). Each bathroom had the little trial sizes of shampoo, soap, makeup remover wipes which is nice. The pool was clean & water balanced ( yes, I always check with my own test kit). We stayed Saturday to Saturday (in mid August), so I assume the pool guys were there Saturday before we got there then they came Wednesday to take care of the pool & hot tub. We did have to use the hose by the pool a few times to refill, it was in the 90's all week so it evaporated quick. There's a couple nets there to get bugs & leaves out. They also have some pool toys & multiple lounge chairs & tables. There's an umbrella stand but no umbrella so bring your own because there's not much shade. The house looks just like the pictures. Furniture is clean & fairly comfortable. Beds are comfy & there's extra pillows & blankets in the closet. Also saw a pack n play type thing for babies but didn't need it. Plenty of kitchen supplies, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, oven mitts, dish towels, even some plasticware for leftovers & pitchers to make drinks. Washer & dryer area also has a few laundry baskets. The only problems we had were we couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostats for the AC. It got a bit chilly a couple nights & when we'd try to adjust them, they'd go right back to the same temperature (69 & 72). It took a few minutes to figure out the tv's too. There was a note beside the bedroom tv but there's multiple remotes for both the bedroom & living room so had to determine which ones were for each tv. Our rental was originally placed through a different realty company, Vacasa then took it over before our stay. I had questions because some things were different & they were able to answer those questions quickly through their text service. We were emailed the security code ( a six digit number) the day before arriving, however it didn't work when we got there. Called Vacasa & it only took a few minutes for them to change it to a correct ten digit number so we could get in. The WiFi worked inside & outside with no problems or dead spots. Enjoyed our vacation here & would definitely recommend as long as you don’t have a problem with stairs (no elevator).

I felt this house had best of both worlds.. you had ocean view from the top front deck and had the sound view from the back deck. The house was up to date and clean. Had all the dishes/silverware/appliances we needed. We got to check in early which was nice. Only thing negative I can say is the pool had stopped filtering and when pool cleaners came they fixed it so wasn’t a big deal.
