Enjoy this private stretch of North Topsail Beach in a 2,800 sq. ft. oceanfront home, extensively remodeled in 2023. The five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and large living space will accommodate large families and groups comfortably. The first floor has three bedrooms, each with oceanfront beach deck access and cable television. Two lovely main bedrooms each feature two-person tubs and separate showers. The third bedroom has a TV and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower. The second floor's two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. Also on the second floor, you find an expansive living space with breathtaking views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, beverage cooler, and dishwasher. There is a large dining table and a breakfast bar - you will have plenty of room for all to share delicious meals. Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of cards or puzzle building at the game table. One of the sofas in the living area is a sleeper sofa. Enjoy your favorite TV show or a long-awaited movie on the 55' TV. The house includes a washer/dryer, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, a fish sink and cleaning station, and a 10'x10' sun deck with benches on the walkway to the ocean.

Great large family beach house right on the ocean.

The place was amazing. The views were breathtaking. The house was clean, spacious and the beds were so clean relaxing.
I love that plenty of towels and wash clothes were available.
I recommend ensuring that someone is always available by phone. It took 12 hours for someone to call back where a message was left. Airbnb was the saving grace that stepped in and got us the response needed.
But overall, I would love to go back, it was great.

Roomy & comfortable on a beautiful beach! This one checks all the boxes: generous-sized bedrooms, large kitchen with lots of storage and extra fridges, a big roomy dining table for the whole family, and endless ocean views. The house is at the end of the row; with no neighbors on one side the beach feels even more private. This was the perfect house for our 2 families (7 people total).

We loved the view from the top deck! The house was very spacious and bigger than what it looked like in the pictures. Lots of space for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean, and would come back again!

This house was very comfortable for us. We had 3 couples and 5 young adults/kids. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked big meals every evening. The view and access to the watch/beach was perfect. We had a wonderful week.

Nice house (could use a little TLC) and great location. We had 11 people for the stay and it accommodated everybody. Kitchen and dining room were large enough for everyone to eat together.

Views are amazing of beach and waterway!!!! Great chairs on beach side deck and everything comfy inside! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space! We had a wonderful Christmas with family and it was a great spot for us! Would have been 5 stars if fireplace would have worked and hot tub warmer! Overall a great time!

What a beautiful vacation house this is! My family and I rented Sunny Escape over the Thanksgiving holiday, and there was absolutely nothing that we would change about our stay. Plenty of comfortable seating for movie nights, beautiful ocean view while dining, super clean rooms, comfortable beds... And a huge, modern kitchen made cooking Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. 10/10, I would recommend Sunny Escape to any friends and family looking for a great stay at Topsail Beach!

We loved the open living/dining area. Many rentals have too small of communal spaces but this one was perfect! The kitchen was very well stocked. All 5 of the bedrooms have an ocean view. We had a lovely time at Sunny Escape.

This is our third year at Sunny Escape in North Topsail and we love the house and location! There have been some updates to the property over the years but the bathrooms are very dated; however, the location is amazing!! We looked into booking for our spring break for 2024 and the price has more than doubled which is disappointing. While we will be returning to Topsail next year we will not be returning to this location. While we love it there is no justification for doubling the price without a full renovation to the property! We have loved the last three years at Sunny Escape and hope more families can make memories there!
