We had a group of 12 and this house was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful. The location was excellent. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

This home is very large - 3 bedrooms on the entry (ground) floor with washer dryer, 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Kitchen and living area on the 2nd floor. Lots of steps! The house is built on the dunes with a bit of dune restoration attempted in front of the house. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans in various cabinets. Furniture a little dirty - if that bugs you bring a sheet to cover. There is a mildew smell on the ground floor but a de-humidifier on the 2nd floor when run consistently helps a lot. The home is bright and light filled and the front deck a great place to watch the waves. We had a restful time there!

The home has plenty of space for everyone! There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the third floor, so plenty of privacy when you need it! Gatherings are wonderful in the spacious open concept of the second floor (kitchen, living area, dining area) as well as the wonderful deck! The views cannot be beat! Access to the beach and pool are merely steps away! The hot tub is an added bonus!

House is very spacious, living room great for large families. The location is spectacular!! Right on the beach - ocean from 50 - 100 feet away!! Beach-side porch was large, shady (really appreciated the shade!), & great for relaxing & watching family on the beach or just looking at the ocean & sky. View of the moon & reflection on water (it was full when we were there) is awesome! Bedrooms were very nice except the lower bunk room - A/C was not adequate & there was mold in the closet of that room. We bought a tall oscillating fan & made it "OK". The Kitchen is pretty well stocked, but bring your own storage containers & dishrags & towels. We also purchased some wine & beer glasses & left them for the house (bar glasses were in very short supply - 1 wine glass). The refrigerator is the appliance most lacking. I read previous reviews complaining of several door shelves missing on the ONE refrigerator in the house, with a response from VACASA saying they would look into it to "ensure full functionality". That was over a year ago & still several shelves are missing. With only one frig, missing shelves are an inconvenience. I looked online & replacement shelves can be bought at a reasonable price. In spite of the few shortcomings - the house is so great, we had a fabulous time & would go there again. The community pool right beside the house was very much appreciated by the teens in our family!! It was rarely crowded & very large! Got the benefit of a pool without having to pay for a private pool! Beware there is no enclosed outdoor shower with hot water - only a rinse-off hose & shower head. All in all - the benefits far outweighed the few negatives. Being RIGHT ON the BEACH was great!

The view and location of this property were fantastic! Trips to the beach with the kids were very easy, and the hot tub and nearby pool received much use by our group. The home was well stocked, with a lot of living space for us to enjoy to home together. We had a few minor maintenance issues early on in our trip, but they were addressed very quickly by Vacasa and their team!

Our group had a great time at this house. We enjoyed the hot tub and the big TV in the living room for hanging out and watching movies. The house is right on the beach so bonus points there. We had plenty of room and cooked a few meals and overall had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the amazing views from the gorgeous living area and master bedroom windows & full glass doors! The home is beautifully decorated and so relaxing! The home sits right on the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the waves & birds while talking with family. The kitchen was huge, beautiful, well equipped, & we had 2 lovely space choices for dining while looking at the ocean waves roll in! Vacasa was so easy to work with!! The best experience for vacation rental we have ever experienced! (Far better than their competitors and I will not go back to the others since this amazing experience)! Thanks Vacasa & home owners for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful, restful home!

This beach house is ideal. It is in a great location in N Topsail Beach. It is a three story house with lots of space. The kitchen is very nice. There is a hot tub on the ground floor. But the best thing is that the house is right on the beach. The views from the 2nd floor deck are spectacular! I recommend it!

Because of the hurricane, we spent a lot of time playing cards, board games. The ocean was not safe during the high winds and huge waves that Debby created.

The location of this beach home is incredible…right on the ocean and next to the community pool. Kids loved making new friends at the pool. House is beautiful, but needs some attention. We had a great time and made wonderful memories. Outdoor hose for rinsing off from the beach and clothes line on lower deck were so appreciated. Ice maker and dehumidifiers were great extras. Glad we brought our own beach towels and hair dryers… none in home for our stay. North Topsail Beach is a perfect vacation spot.
