Tucked away in the quiet and quaint Ocean Ridge community in North Topsail Beach, this lovely ocean view home is waiting for you to reserve for your next dream beach vacation. The home sleeps ten people and has four bedrooms. It also has three bathrooms, a community swimming pool, and an outdoor shower. Come home from a day at the beach and rinse off your sun-kissed skin in the outdoor shower. Enter the beachy home to find an open floor plan, vibrant blue hues throughout, stunning views of the white-capped waves, and the unspoiled nature of the area's most spectacular sound. Cook dinner in the open-concept kitchen while you occasionally peek at the deep teal water through the windows, or laze around in the very spacious living room and binge-watch your favorite shows. Maybe you would rather step outside onto the expansive deck while you breathe in the warm beach air, or take an evening walk up and down the beach. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.

My family absolutely loved this home. It was beautifully decorated with everything beach. It was so relaxing and comfortable. The beds felt brand new. The home was fully stocked with everything that you needed and then some. It was a super quick and easy walk to the beach. There is a walkway to get to the beach which takes about 30 seconds to get your feet into the sand. The beach and ocean were stunning. There was plenty of room for our family and had lots of space between other families. We got to see lizards crawling on the deck while we were sitting outside enjoying the amazing view and listening to the ocean waves. The home was very spacious and had room for everyone. There were books there to read on the beach and games or puzzles to play on a rainy day. It was very hard to leave this home. You can definitely tell the owners take great pride in this home. We will definitely be coming back to vacation in this home next year! We did have two issues while we were there, one was fixed. The toilet handle broke when it was flushed. We called Vacasa and they sent someone out that day. The other issue was the AC in the upstairs stopped cooling for the last 2 full days that we were there. The upstairs bedrooms was 82° which made it pretty unbearable to sleep especially when it was a real feel of 115° outside. We again called Vacasa and they said they would bring portable AC units over for the bedrooms because they couldn’t get anyone to come fix the AC until Sunday. When they came they were only able to hook up one unit in a bedroom because the primary bedroom and bathroom had windows that didn’t open. We feel that this was not handled appropriately and have reached out to Vacasa a few times but they continue to push us off. We feel Vacasa needs to do a better job when situations like this happen. We know things break but they should be more proactive in helping paying customers. Even though we had this issue, it does not in any way reflect the owners or take away from the beauty of this home and the lasting memories you will create.

The location was fabulous. Wonderful ocean view and steps from the beach which even the week of July 4th was never crowded. Would book again!

All the extras in the kitchen also the toilet paper hanger in upstairs bedroom fell off

Awesome property! Everything you need was provided. Would highly recommend this property! Quick access to the beach, saw dolphins swim by while eating breakfast!

This is our 5th year in a row for our Family Beach Vacation. House was nice and ready for us to start our relaxing time together. The only thing we could even say bad, and it wasn't so bad is the keypad was acting up but hey that's salt air for ya. A perfect get away! Hopefully we can do a 6th year in a row , depending on prices keep creeping. We love the house , the privacy, the comfort. They now have linen to use which is nice. We have our beach tub of linen we use each year, but thought that was really nice. Definitely Love the Rental House and thanks to the owners!! - the ONeals
