Ocean Ridge features private and quiet beaches, beautiful landscaping and if you need a break from the waves, a community pool located within the neighborhood and is only a short walk away from property. For a change in scenery, the surrounding community offers many island amenities only minutes away including North Shore Golf and Country Club, Royal Dunes sound side park, free public boat ramp with access to Intercoastal Waterway, Seaview Fishing Pier, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and entertainment. Only steps away from the pristine beach of North Topsail Island, this home is packed with comfort, convenience and entertainment for all members of your family. Featuring large open rooms, beautiful ocean views and an open floor plan, the main level of this home provides perfect space for gathering and entertaining. The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, raised panel cabinets, and a center island with cook-top stove which provides a gathering space with seating for casual dining and socializing. Both a Keurig as well as regular drip coffee maker are provided. The kitchen opens to an oceanfront dining area and the great room. The great room has a large cozy couch with a smart TV and BluRay player, soundbar and cable TV. From the great room on the main level, there is also a powder room and private den with a TV and a large couch that pulls out to a sofabed. You may choose to take in the panoramic views of the Atlantic from the outdoors on either lower or upper decks, or from indoors through the floor-to-ceiling windows across the entire ocean-side of the house. Our family stay was absolutely amazing! The house was amazing, views breathtaking, and overall wonderful trip! Kitchen was fully stocked and there was room for everyone with all of the sleeping and living spaces. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

My husband’s family has been meeting in Topsail NC for 20+ years and just recently the main families broke into neighboring houses to allow for more bedrooms and overall space in the home. This house worked perfectly for our family and we have the nicest house of the 3 family homes. The proximity to the ocean is unbeatable and watching the evening waves from the porch makes it hard to go to bed. Our family defiantly recommends this house for any trip!

This is our third year in a row renting this home and it remains our favorite over 20+ years of visiting Topsail. We did notice the new gate on the porch which was great in helping to keep the grandbaby from escaping without an adult. As always, the home was clean and comfortable. Beach toys were a little sparce this year so we donated the ones we purchased and hope to see them again next summer. Overall, I think this is a great vacation home and look forward to spending a week with our family again next year!

Enjoyed our stay May, 2025. Very clean, great layout. Bunk beds for the kids. Great views of the ocean from the living area and bedroom. Loved the porch area and the high top chairs and rockers. Wonderful Kitchen that was fully stocked and had a table big enough to accommodate all 8 on our trip. Grill available. WiFi was strong. Easy beach access. Highly recommend!

Everything in this home is provided for comfort and ease of The beachfront balconies are super. Plenty of cooking utensils and other amenities. Comfortable seating for gatherings as well as privacy for office work.

The ocean view is was beautiful! We loved the accessibility to the beach. I also appreciated the sheets and towels that came with our rental! Overall I would come back!

This was our 11th year in North Topsail, trying out multiple houses in the Ocean Ridge development on the island. We truly enjoyed this house as it seem to fit. Our families needs and was fully equipped. Last year, we were disappointed in the Vacasa management company and it’s a response to any of our concerns. We felt that they totally ignored us and never satisfied any other problems we found in the house we were staying. so, we decided to try a different house. Not only was the house great, but we felt like the Vacasa team found them was very responsive to questions regarding the house. It was a great experience and we hope to return to the same house next year. say that I wish they had the same arrangement provided by Treasure Realty, the Company who managed many of the houses on Ocean Ridge for many years. Treasure Reality gave us one week from our departure date to commit to the same week and same house for a 10% deposit. The remaining 40% was due five months later in January and the balance 30 days before the trip. If that same offer were available now, rather than demanding a 50% deposit we could commit today - just our two cents.

The Vacasa customer service was the worst experience I've had on a vacation. As soon as we arrived on Saturday, I contacted customer service to let them know that the dirty linens from the stay before were sitting by the front door, the smoke detector in the kitchen was missing, there was sand all over the floor, all but one of the light bulbs in the master bathroom were burnt out and the screen door was broken. I called or texted everyday of the trip to try and get these problems resolved and it was not until Thursday of our stay that someone came out to address the issues. On top of it all I sent them a picture showing 5 light bulbs were burnt out and they only brought 4. I will not be using this platform again and will recommend to anyone I know to not use it either.

This was our second visit to home and was again wonderful. We did note the new refrigerator, new dining room table/chairs and kitchen knives this year (much appreciated). The back porch is perfect for having morning coffee or breakfast. The beach is perfect for sunning, reading, long walks and shark tooth hunting. Our family has been going to Topsail for over 20 years and this remains our favorite home for our family to gather and enjoy a week together. We'll be back in 2025. One side note to fellow renters; Trash pickup comes on Saturdays and Wednesdays during the summer. Please attempt to be sanitary and considerate and walk your trash cans to to the street the night before for pick up. I know you're "on vacation" but you can still take your own trash out and leave some room in the cans for the next renters.

Our family with two toddlers vacationed at this house in August 2023. This was a perfect location and really nice house that met our expectations. Bedrooms were good sizes as well as the family room and kitchen. Everyone had a great time. One area that needs consideration for improvement is the seating area for dining. The kitchen table was an older oval table with tight seating space. We used the kitchen island as additional backup space for eating. Also, although this house markets this as access to a community pool the location is too far to be convenient. It is too far to walk with young kids and it has no parking spaces for vehicles at the pool.

Beautiful beach home, clean, well appointed kitchen with plenty of cookware, cutlery, utensils and glassware/dishes. Plenty of parking, easy driveway access. We’ve be coming to Topsail Island for 20 years and this is one of our favorite homes. We’ll be back.
