This home features two primary suites with large jacuzzi tubs, separate double-headed showers, TVs, and views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Three guest bedrooms also have jetted tubs. The living room includes a 50-inch plasma TV with surround sound and a six-disc DVD player. The kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinets, an ice maker, a wine cooler, elevator access to all floors, and the latest in stainless steel appliances. I've been to this house before, a few years ago, and it remains a very comfortable place for a middling to large group. Our group of 7 were able to bed down everyone into a bed and into their own rooms for the singles, with several leftover twin beds for any youngsters (of which we had none). The house is well appointed with a roomy kitchen, spacious main level for daytime activities, and a TV in most basically every room. The very close beach access is also a huge plus, it's maybe 15 steps to the beach, no long access deck. The house is in good repair, though starting to show some rough edges, but very reasonably priced for what you get. The furnishings and appliances are in good condition, both functionally and aesthetically. Overall my group had a great time and we'll likely come back another summer.

This home has a great location. Very quiet, not crowded beach. There was plenty of room for our group in this house. Everything worked well(minus a couple small things). Plenty of beach accessories provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay with our grandchildren and child. Thank you Vacassa for finding us a place that worked for us.

Could not be a better location on the beach, home was very clean and had everything we needed in it. We woke up and just stepped onto the beach every morning.

In spite of maintenance issues and repairs it was situated on a lovely stretch of beach. It's well-appointed and plenty of space and amenities for a large family. Needs to be maintained.

We have stayed in Topsail every summer for over 3 decades. This was the best house we’ve ever rented; for the most part, it exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious with 2 master suites, each with huge bathrooms. The house was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked for the most part. It was wonderful to have 2 refrigerators as well as a countertop ice maker and a Kuerig coffee maker. There were lots of glasses and dishes; the addition of more flatware is needed. Extra touches that we’ve never experienced with previous rentals included hand soap, a box of tissues, and toilet paper in each of the 6 bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with dish soap, dishwasher soap, and paper towels. There were plenty of dish towels and pot holders in the kitchen. The beds were made when we arrived. Staff responded very promptly to any issues we had although they were not always able to address problems. The oven broke half way through the week and a new part could not be obtained until after we left and the elevator had no light until the day before we left. The “enclosed outdoor shower” did not meet our expectations. It offered no privacy. Despite a couple of hiccups, we would recommend this house to others.

House was clean and exactly as pictured. Slightly aged but overall in great condition. Exceeded expectations honestly. Loads of seating, mattresses slept great, hot tub was a plus. Beach chairs, coolers and everything you’d need. AC worked great. Parking was tight but that was expected. Overall would highly recommend and would stay again.

Our family has vacationed at the beach for 30+ consecutive years. We started coming to Topsail last summer after the Outer Banks got too crowded. This home and beach is hands down the best! The home is spacious and well made. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed! We did have a few issues the oven holding the set temperature but we made it work. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Our family loved the spacious bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, good outside seating, 2 refrigerators, hot tub, well equipped kitchen (except the beaters were missing from the hand mixer), & plenty of kitchen storage.

This house was the perfect distance from the beach for our kids. We were worried they would miss having a pool, but they didn't care when we had the ocean so close. We loved the kitchen and having two working refrigerators. We didn't have to worry about having the garbage cans taken out to the road. It was done for us. My only complaint was that the top balcony doors do not have locks. The pool guys also came while everyone was enjoying the hot tub and spoiled that fun for us on our last day. I do understand that sometimes they just have to come when they have time. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!
