OVERVIEW To accentuate the fabulous views of the ocean from this 1900 square foot million dollar plus home, the pet friendly home features a “reverse” floor plan with 3 of the 4 bedrooms being on the lower level. The upper level features the living area, kitchen, and one of the two master bedroom suites. Each level features a large and recently renovated deck! Everyone gets the outdoor experience they want with both covered and open decks. The sun worshippers can catch some rays on the top, open deck, and the sun-avoiders can read, take advantage of the WiFi or enjoy the views from the covered bottom deck. The upper deck has a hot tub and, lots of outdoor furniture. UPPER LEVEL DECK Nothing says vacation like lounging in the hot tub on the upper level deck, enjoying the soothing jets while listening to the crash of the waves yards away. Star gazing at night is amazing. Full moon weeks are truly life changing. The upper level deck does not have access to the beach, so you can let the little ones and pets outside without worries. UPPER LEVEL OF HOME; LIVING AREA Real and recently refinished hardwood floors, tall cathedral ceilings, and recessed lighting punctuate a cheerful living room. A brand new (2024) living suite featuring a sleeper sofa, matching love seat, and two separate chairs offer plenty of room for the whole family to hang out together, either discussing the day's events or watching a movie or TV show together on the large flatscreen TV. A dining table that seats 8 offers a lovely window view of the beach and sits adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen. A unique coffee table in the living area has four slide-out seats providing an additional dining area for little ones KITCHEN The family chef will be delighted with the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and a cooling ceiling fan. UPPER LEVEL MASTER There are two master bedroom suites, one on each level. The upper level master bedroom offers delightful views of the beach and ocean, vaulted cathedral ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The en-suite bath boasts dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a rain shower with relaxing wall water jets. LOWER LEVEL MASTER On the lower level, a second master bedroom suite features a full tile bath with dual sinks, a rattan bedroom set, private sliding door access to the covered oceanfront lower deck, a ceiling fan, and a TV. A guest bedroom has sliding door access to the covered oceanfront deck, a ceiling fan, TV, and rattan bedroom set. LOWER LEVEL BUNK BED ROOM Features two bunk beds to accommodate four children, a TV, sliders to the oceanfront lower level deck, and a huge closet that will have a video game station installed before the season. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace in the primary bedroom is not operational.

This home was in a great location! The beach was beautiful and not very crowded. Right in the middle of the island for easy access to Surf City or Sneads Ferry. Our family had a wonderful week at this home and we hope to be back next year!!

Wonderful property. We would stay there again. Only recommendation is to do something to make sliding glass doors in bedrooms easier to open. Other than that perfect!

We would definitely stay again. The location was incredible- quiet area of the beach for the kids to play and not have to worry about too many strangers around. Beds were a tad soft for our taste but overall the house was nice.

We did, great house on a very private beach. .25 to beach access and no campgrounds which means wide open beach.

I admit we were leary because of mixed reviews. But Vacasa was so helpful every step of the way. This home underwent an in depth spruce, improving on showers, beds, outdoor plumbing and hot tub, and best of all, a deep clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, a clean oceanfront hot tub and of course.... THE VIEWS!!! They did not disappoint. Steps to the beach as our backyard. Private and serene. Our two dogs enjoyed their time just as much as we did. Out family of 8 had plenty of room. Big bathrooms, 3.5 of them. We would definitely come again. The only suggestions or comments I'd give is 1) there's no yard to walk your dog. Be weary because the yard area is covered in thistles and cactus you don't see. It would be wonderful if that were cleared small area were cleared. 2) the setup is NOT conducive for anyone with difficulty walking and doing stairs. They are unavoidable, and several levels. Kitchen/living/1st master is all top level. For us, no issue. But it could be for some so just FYI. 3) a set of stairs connecting the top deck to the main deck would be a game changer. But I know that can be expensive. Just a "wish". Other than just a few suggestions, no complaints, we are so grateful to Vacasa for all their help finding us the perfect large-ish family vacation home that met all our needs. Oh, sidenote!! Vacasa left PLENTY of extras like toilet paper in all bathrooms, dish detergent and a few dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms, bar soap, dish sponge etc. This is a first where we only had to buy trash bags and extra detergent! It was such a nice bonus!!!

This was a gorgeous house. Amazing views. Everything was as expected based on pictures and descriptions online. We couldn’t have been happier with this vacation house. It was a perfect week in paradise!!!

This home has an amazing beachfront location on a fairly secluded beach! We were there for the 4th of July week, and we had the beach behind the house pretty much to ourselves! The house itself is well stocked but needs some updating. The beach access stairs are falling apart. Half of one step actually fell off while we were walking down them. The bunk beds in the bunk room need to be replaced. The dryer took 2-3 cycles to get clothes dry. The comforters and curtains looked dingy. It would be better to have the outdoor shower on the second level rather than in the sand under the house. With all that said, the location of this house makes you overlook it all! The decks overlooking the ocean were well equipped with tables, chairs, and a hot tub! We enjoyed our time where we could “Escape Reality” on Topsail Island!

This house was so close to the beach. Maybe 10 steps. The hot tub was clean and working great. The cover needs to be replaced it was not in good shape. The house had plenty of room and closet space. The beds we used were comfortable. The bathrooms could use some upgrading. The kitchen well stocked. Wish the outside shower was easier to get to from the beach. Overall good location and good house.
