Looking for the most comfortable and well-equipped retreat to spend your family getaway? Then, look no further than this waterfront oasis in North Topsail Beach, NC! Refresh yourself in the sparkling community outdoor pool or spend a cozy evening watching TV in the inviting living area. When hunger strikes, the fully appointed kitchen will have your back with all of its stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, and a dishwasher for easy post-meal clean-ups. The beautiful dining table seats up to four people, while the nearby breakfast bar offers three additional spots. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and one TV each. Additional amenities include central AC and an on-site washer/dryer. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Outdoor pool THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.

Great house! Perfect for a small family + grands. Very clean, short walk to beach, beautiful commu city pool and soundfront gazebo perfect for crabbing, fishing and sunset. Loved this home and would stay again.

This is our second time staying in this townhouse! Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for 95% of our trip which was a total bummer but we come with several families who stay in other townhouses and the kids still had a blast. Having the dock to Fish and the pool right there is a game changer. Knowing that the boys are safe to run around to each other‘s Rentals is also a big plus! You just can’t beat the location to the beach either. For the three of us there is plenty of space and we always find that the kids love the back room with the extra beds, beanbag chairs, and TV! The kitchen is pretty much stocked with everything you would need and we did cook almost every night we were there. Definitely bring any extras, spices, baggies, tinfoil, olive oil, etc. I know some rentals keep that stuff on hand, but you just never know. There were a few things we let Vacasa know after our stay, as at the time it was nothing that bothered us to the point where we needed to contact them immediately. If and when we have had to, they are quick to respond, which is always really nice. We hope to be back again next summer, as this has become the start of a great tradition.

The house was perfect for my wife and 4 kids. Bermuda landing was awesome great pier for fishing. The kids loved the pool. A very safe clean well kept neighborhood.

This is a really great house! I loved how close it was to the sound side and the beach. We had a great time on our girls trip. We would definitely rent here again.

Came to NTB for the 4th year and this location was great! We had friends join in the same community and lots of kids, so having a covered fishing dock, pool and so close to beach was awesome!! We had a few issues w door lock and WiFi password but Vacasa was quick to help and correct! For 3 ppl the size was perfect! There is no door for bedroom upstairs but it hat didn’t bother us. The unit had games, plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. They had a few spices and cooking spray etc. There is no access to use garage other than door behind house, but that was fine w us as most our friends had units that could use garage and were full of beach toys, games etc. we would definitely recommend and hope to rent again next year if it’s available!

We loved the location and cleanliness of the home. The rental did have soft spots in the floor and some peeling of the ceilings. The provided linens were great to have and not worry about bringing our own. We have had other houses where beach chairs and toys were available, likely left from other renters. But this house did not have any. They did not provide the code to the pool gate which delayed our kids from enjoying this amenity. We were planning to rebook this unit but the price double for 2025. When I reached out to vacasa I was told they update prices every 4 hours which basicly means they increase the prices when more people are looking at the property. This was very disappointing and I personally feel it's not good business.
