This dog-friendly home boasts a prime location within walking distance to the beach and amenities that will make your stay breezy and unforgettable. The enclosed backyard will be the perfect place for your dog to run around freely - there is a firepit where you and your friends can gather and roast s'mores while storytelling. Another great outdoor space is the wrap-around deck with an outdoor dining area, Adirondack chairs, and a swing. Admire beautiful beach views from here while dining alfresco. There is a patio under the home with another dining area (picnic table) and a dartboard. Inside, the home features an inviting living area with a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, and a TV. The open kitchen is complete with all major appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker and a dishwasher. The center island seats two and adds dining space to the four-person dining table off of the kitchen. The main bedroom has a private beachfront balcony, an en suite bathroom, and its own seating area with comfortable sofas, a four-person table, and a TV. THINGS TO KNOW The elevator is not available for guest use. The fireplace is cosmetic only.

We had such a wonderful weekend stay at this beach rental! The location truly can’t be beat — just about 500 yards from the ocean, making it an easy, quick walk to the beach whenever we wanted. One of our absolute favorite features was the porch. Sitting out there in the morning with coffee and again in the evening listening to the waves was pure relaxation. It was exactly the peaceful coastal escape we were hoping for. The house itself was the perfect size for the two of us and our two dogs. We’re always so grateful to find a place that’s genuinely pet-friendly, and the fully fenced backyard made it stress-free to let the pups roam around safely. That alone is a huge selling point for us. We also loved the screened porch off the primary bedroom — it was such a cozy, private spot to unwind and enjoy the coastal air. It could use a little TLC as well, but it’s a fantastic feature with so much potential and we definitely made good use of it. There are just a couple of areas that could use some improvement. The backyard could definitely use a little TLC to make it feel more polished and inviting. The light switches were extremely confusing — we never quite figured out what controlled what! The ceiling fans in the primary bedroom being operated by switches in the hall (while the fan lights were controlled inside the room) had us scratching our heads more than once. We were also a bit hesitant to turn on/reangle the TV in the primary bedroom since it appeared to be slightly unsteady on the wall mount. That said, none of those things took away from how much we enjoyed our stay. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and we’re already looking at rebooking. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house! Right by the beach. Loved the inside and the fenced in backyard for our dog. Has great views of the sound and beach. We will definitely return. Great communication by management. There were some cons, but not enough to keep us from coming back.

Great location. Fantastic fenced yard. Short walk to public beach access. Beautifully decorated with all needed for kitchen. Please label the light switches. The master bedroom mattress was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on so I switched bedrooms. Porches were great. Our dogs were happy in the yard able to be off leash.

We have family that live very close to the property so that was the purpose of our visit. It was the perfect place to make a visit a vacation. The home was in one of our fav locations on the island. The home was very clean and the customer service was spectacular. The decor and linens both fresh. Loved the views & proximity to beach walk. The floor plan was spacious enough for us to host dinner during bad weather day. The crushed ice working well was also a plus! The parking area & extra outdoor bathroom was a huge help with my young cousins came to visit the beach for the day. My dog loved playing in the backyard & bird watching. We can’t wait to stay here again. The only downside was the washer - couldn’t complete its cycle & we got drippy clothes on check out day, but honestly it wasn’t terrible just delayed our checkout a few minutes.

The location is excellent and parking for multiple vehicles is a plus. The outdoor space in the fenced in area is in severe need of trimming vines and weeds. The vines go into the heat pump and make the yard look much much smaller. The main porch was comfortable and clean. Kitchen is adequate with supplies and the living room is spacious but recliners would be nice especially for older group members. The dryer is a little weak and the washer needs to be spin twice on thicker items. The beds in both bedrooms are comfortable and at a nice height. Overall a very nice place but could be excellent with a few improvements.

Wraparound porch plus screened porch (I missed the swing!) offered several sitting locations. Outdoor outlets didn’t work. Beds and sofas were a bit soft and hard on ye olde back. Refrigerator needs new door cabinets and towel and tp bars are loose. Ant traps everywhere but we didn’t see one insect. Third time staying at Noontime Escape cause we like the layout, fenced in back yard w fire pit and proximity to beach. However we requested lawn mowing in advance of our stay - agent response was immediate and courteous - but didn’t happen. Kitchen well equipped. We go to TI twice a year in offseason and will likely return to this same house. A bit pricey tho for 2 bedrooms on North Side.

Location was safe, quiet, close to beach Fenced in back yard with fire pit. Flowers! Outside Shower Wrap around porch with comfortable furnishings. Interior clean and pleasantly decorated with beach theme. Loved layout of master bedroom with own balcony. We could hear the waves from the beach at night. A wonderful anniversary stay for us and our two dogs!!!

The house was beautiful and clean and in a great location with an amazing view of the ocean from the wraparound porch and kitchen island. Cleaning supplies, toiletries and cooking utensils and dishes were provided. It was a perfect getaway that was very difficult to leave.

This is our 2nd vacation to North Topsail and this house was an upgrade from our prior Vacasa stay. Very well appointed for both human and doggie guests! We loved having the backyard, view of the ocean, and plenty of space to spread out in the home. It was very clean except for an unidentified stain on the shower door in the master bathroom and an old dirty rusted table on the screened deck. Overall we loved this home and consider it perfect for our family of 3 and our dog. We plan to book this home again in the near future!

So many places to sit and chill! Swing on front porch high top for al fresco dining, screened porch for watching the storms move in! Enjoyed the fire pit with fenced in yard for Millie, the dog. The Topsail, Mayberry by the Sea, was finished in two days. Great cookbooks and every utensil you could want. Thank you so much!

This house was very clean, close to beach, and I can bring my fury kids! I didn’t understand the tv but they readily came over to assist me. Just operator error. I can’t wait to come back and will certainly stay here. Thank you Vacasa!

This place had everything I needed. It was perfect for my son and I. The kitchen had all of the cookware I needed. I didn't need any of the kitchen supplies I brought. I was very happy to see a regular coffee pot as well as a keurig. I loved the decor, the fenced backyard with a firepit and comfortable chairs. The master bedroom suite was large for a small house and had a table, chairs, and loveseat. The king bed was very comfortable and the screened in porch off of the master bedroom was perfect. It was nice to leave the door open and listen to the ocean. There were many wonderful touches.

The location was amazing! We love the beach access and the backyard for the dogs! The house had everything we needed. The weather was biblical on our first night and the house was rocking due to the wind but we felt safe. The swinging chair on the porch was super rusted and came down that night. Hardware needs to be replaced on it. Also a couple flashlights or battery operated lights would be great in case of loss of power. It flickered a few times

We go to Topsail every year. This year we decided to rent a house and Noontime Escape was amazing. The house is beautifully decorated and sleeps 4 very comfortably. The location is exactly where you want to be and we even got to meet the owner, who was super nice. Nothing is better than the swing on the porch and our pup loved it as well. I cannot think of another place to stay better than this spot. I highly recommend Noontime Escape and cannot wait to go back.

Great location. Comfortably and thoughtfully furnished. Front deck is wonderful with multiple seating options. Lots of nice touches like Apple TV dog supplies and spices! The back yard is great, but the grass/flowers were too high for the children to play in. Would have loved to have had an umbrella for the bistro table, a hook so the front screen could be latched, and a bulb in the downstairs light. Would definitely recommend.

This home was well taken care of and well equipped. However this home is a total Smart home down to the oven. It has no instructions and I had to make two service calls to be shown how to operate the AC and the door lock. Also there are no instructions at the home. I highly suggest these be added and it would be close to perfect.
