From a king bed, 2 queen beds, and a 3rd Queen/Twin XL bunk option to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, washer/dryer, Smart TVs with streaming, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private elevator for easy access to all levels, this home has it all. One bedroom features a stand-up desk and monitor, making it ideal for remote work or catching up on emails. We just had the most amazing week at the Island Dreams vacation home in North Topsail, NC! Usually, our adventures take us to the Caribbean, but this year, we discovered a slice of paradise right here, closer to home. This home is the most stocked vacation home we have ever rented. The kitchen had everything you could need, complete with towels, spices, dish detergent and dishwasher pods. There were plenty of beach towels, towel clips, and beach bags! The shed was stocked with beach chairs, beach wagons, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas and more! Not to mention, on arrival the property was clean. We really liked the ease of the Vacasa app and receiving the door code prior to arrival so there was no stopping to pick up keys or having to drop them off when we left. We indulged in the best week imaginable: no schedules, no work, just pure, unadulterated family time with glorious sunshine and a spectacular beach! Our evenings were filled with soaking in the sunsets from the deck and competitive games of UNO! We enjoyed dining locally at Beach Bum Pizza Bar & Grill and Sears Landing! Stopped by Topsail Steamer and picked up a customized bucket of seafood to have the most amazing seafood boil!! The Daily Grind was a great place for our local coffee fix! We spent one day off the beach exploring the island by visiting the Missiles and More Museum and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue. The turtle rescue requires advance reservations and is worth visiting. It was truly the best vacation!

Island Dreams was the perfect space for our beach getaway. Beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and stocked with beach gear and games. The ocean view is amazing and it's just a short drive to great bars and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Island Dreams North Topsail! The house was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean — it felt like a true beach retreat from the moment we walked in. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed (and more), which made cooking a breeze. The beds were super comfy, and everyone slept great. We also loved how many beach chairs, toys, and extras were provided — it made heading down to the sand so easy and fun. Such a thoughtful and well-maintained home. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Staying at Island Dreams in North Topsail was exactly that—a dream. The three-story home struck the perfect balance between spacious and cozy, and it didn’t take long for my group to feel completely at home. Every room was spotless, and the house came stocked with everything we could have hoped for to make the most of a beach weekend. What really stood out were all the thoughtful extras: beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, and even beach games like Spike Ball and giant cup pong. We barely needed to bring anything ourselves. The location was unbeatable. Though the beach is technically public, the lack of nearby parking made it feel like our own private stretch of sand. It was never crowded—just quiet, relaxing, and steps away from the house. We also loved the outdoor shower, the grill setup, and the yard—perfect for cornhole and unwinding after a day at the beach. Honestly, it was hard to leave. This home exceeded every expectation, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. 6 out of 5 stars—highly recommend!

One of the most peaceful beach houses I have been to! The space is well thought and comfortable. It truly feels like it’s home with lots of space for guests. I love how close it is to the beach! I recommend this place and will definitely be booking again in the future.

The house is beautifully decorated with a bright, coastal vibe that immediately puts you in vacation mode. The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking. The beach access was super convenient, practically steps away, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. Island Dreams truly has everything you need for a relaxing getaway – comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. Topsail is such a charming spot, and this house made our trip unforgettable!
