This house is perfect for family reunions, old friends getting together, or for a family to take a break from the rigorous demands of daily life and have a quiet, relaxing time at the beach. Don't wait; call now to reserve this new home for your next family vacation! The great room has a large stone fireplace, an entertainment center with a 55-inch TV in HD, and a DVD player. Views of both the ocean and the sound are magnificent. There is a well-equipped kitchen for those who love to cook and a large dining room table for those who love to eat! For those of you who just can't seem to leave work behind, or even those of you who can't live without the World Wide Web, this vacation home features high-speed internet access, so bring your laptop computer. Two large decks overlook the ocean and are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The upper deck is equipped with a wooden picnic table at which families can have outdoor meals together. The lower deck features a hot tub for relaxing on cool evenings. On the ground floor, there is a large outdoor shower with a dressing room. After a long day in the sun, you and your family can rest comfortably in one of the five oceanfront bedroom suites. Four of them have a TV/VCR or DVD and a private bath. The main bedroom has a TV/DVD and a Jacuzzi tub. The sixth bedroom has a TV/VCR and a private bathroom. In addition, there are two sofabeds in the great room for additional sleeping accommodations. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Outdoor pool THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is only available during the off season. The community pool will be open from May 1 until October 1.

Beautiful ocean front home with all of the amenities! Perfect for our extended family of 12. The bathroom in each room was an added bonus. Comfortable living area and great kitchen!! We could all sit and visit. Definitely a wonderful property we plan to return to!!

We had eight adults and three kids under 5 for the week. We had plenty of room to visit and play. The ocean is just steps away, and so close you can hear the waves at night. The kitchen accommodated the preparation of several large family meals. The icemaker was a hit. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom. The living room area is large, and there is enough seating for everyone to relax. Location is great. Close to the grocery and not far from fun things and stores in Surf City. They even have a service that takes the garbage to the curb and brings it back.

This is a beautiful home with everything you need! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, it has plenty of room for big groups and no bedrooms have to share a bathroom. One of our favorite houses to rent!

This ocean front home is just feet from the beach! Perfect location for a nice getaway! The house was perfect for us 5 couples. The super nice thing about this house is that each bedroom has it's own bathroom! It gave each of us privacy and our own space. Another big plus is that 5 of the bedrooms has outside entrances and facing the ocean! It was so nice and relaxing on the deck and watching the pelicans and shrimp boats and the waves etc. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we missed is not having a grill for cooking. Also maybe a couple lounge chairs outside on the deck would be nice for sunbathing.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home. It is so great for families!! We love that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. It is spacious and open. The baby gate on the main floor is a huge hit for families with toddlers. We got to see Sea Turtle tracks and the nest where she laid eggs before Topsail Turtle Project moved the nest to protect it - super cool for all of us! We look forward to staying again!

We loved this house. It had fabulous social space. Vacasa was very responsive when we had questions. (Entrance code wouldn’t work, how to use thermostat or get tv on).

This was my second year staying in this property, and it continues to be outstanding. Having a bathroom for every one of the bedrooms (and an additional one) make it perfect for large groups. It is located on a very convenient part of the island right near the bridge giving easy access to grocery stores and some mainland restaurants, and only a short drive to surf city further down the island. Hot tub, views of the ocean, and furnishings are all top notch. Highly recommend.
