It's complete with all major appliances (dishwasher included) that will make cooking a breeze. Would you like to treat yourself and your muscles to a soothing evening? Then, head over to the private hot tub on the deck and relax while admiring unparalleled beach and ocean views. Additional amenities include six TVs, five DVDs, a Blu-Ray player, a Wii console, high-speed internet, a Pack N' Play, two booster seats, a horseshoe pit behind the home, an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, and one Jacuzzi tub in one of the main bedrooms. The home accommodated our family of 12 nicely. The home was not near a public access and had its own walkway to the beach, which was very convenient.

The house was clean and had every gadget one would need for cooking. We enjoy cooking and having seafood every day. The kitchen is huge with a large table for gathering, while looking out the wall of windows facing the ocean. The house has some green space for birds and rabbits and tortoises between the house and the beach. We loved waking to the sound of the birds chirping and the waves rolling in. It does not hinder your view in any way, only adds to the experience. The bedrooms all had their own bathroom / suites. This was wonderful. There was one jack and jill with 2 of the bedrooms. Having stayed other places with family this is the way to go. The deck space is awesome. Wonderful seating. The hot tub and outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. The deck space connects to beach walkway and is shared with one house. There is ample steps with this house, so if that’s a problem this one isn’t for you. We would recommend this beautiful place and look forward to another trip to Topsail.

We rented with two families, and had a great trip! The house was spacious and well laid out, clean, nicely decorated and had almost every kitchen item you would need. Be aware it is a lot of up and down stairs, more than you think from the photos to the beach, our older guests had a hard time. Also note, there are no beach chairs, umbrellas etc, so bring anything you want for the beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all, we even saw sea turtles hatching one night! The king beds mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable and probably at end of life, but it was nice that every bedroom has direct access to a bathroom and porch. The house has lots of games and books, but no Wii console as stated in the amenities. Also do not walk around the yard barefoot, there are cactus type plants in the yard, 3 kids got long needles in n their feet. Overall very relaxing and well equipped house for a multi-family beach trip. Thanks!
