What a pleasant surprise to walk into this condo and see it is exactly as pictured. It has plenty of room in the kitchen, dining and living areas. The bedrooms are on the smaller size, but who needs a big bedroom on vacation. The complex has a restaurant, a bar with great staff. It has a playground, pickleball, basketball, arcade, covered pool, outdoor pool, a great foot cleaner to get the sand off your feet, and friendly staff. The ice maker is broken and management has been aware of this for some time based on prior reviews. But don’t let that stop you from renting this great place. We just bought bags of ice. You need that for your beach cooler anyway. The owners have done a great job. My one complaint is that we didn’t know we needed pool passes. And no one from Vacasa is on site to help. It took three days to find they were on the side of the refrigerator. So, if you rent this condo, look on the side of the refrigerator.

Easy access to the beach with a 4 and 6 year old. Up one level of stairs or could take elevator. Probably 2 min walk. Views of the ocean inside the condo are the best we have had. Updated condo. Pictures as advertised. Beds were nice. Bathrooms were good. Only con was our first Saturday night, there was a wedding reception directly below the room and DJ music played until 10pm and was very loud in the condo. Luckily it didn’t happen again. We would stay here again!

This condo had everything we needed for our girls weekend with a party of 5. Housekeeping had missed a few items, but the management was quick to respond and provide what we needed. North Topsail is pretty remote so you need to drive a bit to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo is beautifully decorated and as close to the beach as you can get! We could hear the sounds of the waves all night. Just perfect

The views are unmatched, direct access to beach, great pool, fabulous coffee shop/ice cream shop/ pirate pub with reasonable prices. Nothing to complain about. The apartment is very comfy and well appointed. Highly recommended!

Beds are comfortable the whole house is comfortable and inviting great view of the beach directly looking at the beach. You can literally watch all your stuff.. TVs were sabotaged when we got there everything was disconnected and taped over by a previous guest. I'm assuming. Even fixed it was too many remotes everything so confusing didn't watch any TV could not figure it out. Pool beach play ground all great!!

Overall we liked our stay even though the condo wasn’t cleaned well when we arrived. Extra dinnerware would be a nice addition-currently only 6 large plates for a condo that sleeps 6.

I like always like to read what people liked and did not like. You can't beat this units ocean view. This unit needs new pots and pans. Most of the pans were scratched teflon, which is harmful to use. If you plan on cooking bring your own. I would recommend bringing a long extension cord so two adults could plug in a phone charger. We both had to share an outlet on one side of the bed. Then some mildew in the master shower. But those were our only complaints. Everything else was perfect! Plenty to do with kids you don't even need to leave the complex. We used the gym, pool, arcade and even went to the restaurant all within walking distance. Enjoy!

It is so nice to come to Topsail ... We've rented homes a few years but this is our 2nd year staying at St.Regis. this unit was a blessing for my parents. They enjoyed the easy elevator the balcony, the kitchen, there bedroom full of windows. We hope to rent it next year as well.

The view can’t be beat! Everything was great, except the Wi-Fi. It kept disconnecting and was not reliable. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. We brought a waffle maker and crockpot but didn’t need to because they thought of everything to put in the kitchen. Definitely would stay here again.

We have been to Topsail a lot. This has been by far the best place that we have rented. And it was immaculately clean. We are looking at this condo again to rent ! Beautiful view all day long ! No issues with anything!!
