Great location, plenty of space for the family. We enjoyed or stay. Would’ve given a 5* but lack of communication in the listing prior to our stay, knowing more than a few days before about the beach access being unavailable and 7stories of scaffolding off our balcony could’ve helped. Overall great experience, the condo is a little dated.

For the price, this was EXACLY what I was hoping for. Anyone expecting all updated furnishings for this price needs a life lesson in economics. I was very pleased with everything except the wifi quality.

Views of pool, beach and ocean are amazing.There are s few updates that could be done but nothing that would effect having a great vacation.

Stayed here once before last year and thats why we chose again. The view from balcony is beautiful. Some of the appliance could use some updating, but overall it was fine.

I loved the beach chairs and Toys! IT Was a plus because we packed light for a last-minute trip. The view is amazing, and the condo was perfect for my family of 8.

Right on the beach. Easy access. Nice pool area. Ramp for carts to haul stuff to beach. Multiple working elevators. Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo.

Perfect location, ocean view from each bedroom and living room, beach is easily accessed, and very lovely pool areas. The beaches were not overly crowded. Would definitely book again! :-)

We enjoyed the location, but the condo could be so nice with some updates. The pots and pans are less than desirable for using, and if it set up for 8 people there is not enough silverware. Beds are comfortable and view is nice. Was clean

The balcony view is just breathtaking. As we were in milder weather, I would just sit and listen to waves all day long. The entire place was clean and prepped just as stated. These combined made for an easy and relaxing week for my sisters and me.

The St. Regis property was perfect for our low maintenance, active family with direct access to the beach, lawn checkers, putting green, play ground, basketball court and pickle ball. Pool was out of commission, but looked like it would have been wonderful too. Perfect weather and time to enjoy each other. Quiet beach with quick (driving) access to Surf City Beach for shopping, food and activities.

Very nice vacation, always love staying at St. Regis, hopefully soon they will get the indoor pool and hot tub up and running, but other than that no complaints. Very clean and had everything we needed, but honestly could use a couple newer pans for cooking, but if that is the worst thing I can think of, I'll take it!
