I love the peaceful location. My family loves the tranquility of Topsail and St Regis was the perfect spot to capture that. The room had spectacular views from the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The perfect condominium to enjoy some beautiful views and relax with your family.

The home had a great view and balcony. Everything worked well in the home, had plenty of dishes, pots and pans etc. water pressure in the showers was amazing! On site coffee shop and bar/grill were both amazing. I can’t wait to go back again maybe when it warms up, so we can use the pools! There was some construction on some of the beach access points but not a big deal.

Location was perfect, the space was great. We were able to visit our Marine and spend quality time with him and enjoy the beach. We plan on using this as our primary location for future visits

It has a great view of the pool and ocean. The property has a couple of restaurants, a small arcade, and a coffee shop.

This room and view was just beautiful. Everything was updated and so clean. U can tell that the owners take pride in their condo and want u to have a great experience staying there. We had a great stay and would definitely love to stay there again. Only one thing I’d mention is we were never able to get the TVs in the bedrooms to work. The one in the living area worked fine and was easy to get on. But we only went to the bedrooms to sleep anyway so it wasn’t a bother. The view there is perfect and not only has a double slide door but also a huge window so it basically opens up the entire will to see the ocean. We have stayed at St Regis for yrs and this was by far our favorite room so far.

This was a good condo for a family of 6. The St. Regis is a nice resort. The Pirate bar/restaurant and arcade were the hits with our family in the rainy days. The beach access was easy, easy, easy.

We pretty much loved everything about the unit. The view was great. It was quiet at night. The only thing we would change would be dimmer lights surrounding the pool at night so we could better view the stars. However, we did understand that was a safety thing.

You have direct view to ocean. The room is really nice, great kitchen, plenty of dish ware to cook breakfast. The furniture is really nice, beds are good. It’s a nice place

This unit has an incredible view! We loved having the extra big window in the living area vs sliding door only! Everything was clean upon arrival and had everything you need for your stay! Greatly appreciated the amount of hanging hooks, perfect for all the towels and swimsuits! Sliding door mentioned in previous reviews has been fixed. Worked perfectly during our stay! Loved having the unit right off the elevator, easy in and out! Only negatives to this unit: the master bed needs replacing or a good topper and if you like it dark in bedrooms, plan on hanging an extra blanket over curtains. Also to note, our kids 8 and 5 had trouble with the steep ladder on bunk bed. Would not recommend top for small children! Otherwise, this unit was wonderful and we would definitely book again!!

We loved our stay. We loved the view. Washing machine did not work which is hard when you have children. No screen on the main sliding door which is a shame. Otherwise it was very pleasant.

Condo met our expectations. Unit was very clean on arrival, had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Communication with Vacasa was excellent. Would return to same unit in future

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The sheets were crisp and the kitchen was very tidy. Overall property was great! Really nice views from the balcony and big living room window. You could clearly see dolphins and fishing boats every morning I was there which was an added bonus. The only thing that keeps this from 5 stars is that many of the outlets seemed to have been worn to the point they had no "grab" and the plugs would just kinda rest in them. This seems to be something that could easily be remedied, so hopefully it will be. The sliding door also needs to be given some "UMPH" to really shut all the way, but that's just an observation as ocean facing high rises tend to have doors that will do that. Overall a great place. Vacasa's staff have made me an instant fan of the company. There was a snaffu with the original property I had reserved just hours before the scheduled arrival, and they immediately sprang into actively communicating the path forward for me. They kept me up to date, helped navigate some very last minute changes, options, and complexities that arose from that. I'm absolutely going to Vacasa FIRST for my next travel plans. Thank you all!

The house was well furnished, and we were able to have our Thanksgiving meal without any missing utensils. The rooms were nice and clean, and there was even some trash bags and dishwasher pods left by the host.

Sun or clouds, the view was amazing. Some minor in-house issues were not addressed during my stay (sliding glass door handle holding on by one screw made it difficult to open and close). This unit is beautifully decorated and fully equipped.

This deluxe size condo was very spacious. Well stocked with hands, dishes and silverware. Beautiful views from the balcony. Our only complaint was that the king size mattress was very soft and had valleys in it. Should be replaced sooner than later. This property is now under a Vacasa and their fees have become so exorbitant that we will be unable to stay there next year. There was an increase of approximately $2000 from this year to next year.

We loved how spacious it was. View was great and pool noise wasn’t bothersome. Included all kitchen appliances, dishes, and anything you would need to cook a meal. Kids’ bedroom was perfect. The only thing that was terrible was the bed in the master suite. Not comfortable and as noisy as an air mattress.

This condo has it all. Comfortable furniture and well appointed kitchen . The ocean view from the covered balcony is phenomenal! And 3 rainy days we stayed either inside or on the balcony…not a problem! Cozy place. Sunny days the outdoor pool is a 5 minute walk and the beach maybe 10 minutes. No need to do steps… the beach access is all ramped! Nice shade available at the pool as well as snacks and drinks in season. You will come back again and again to this beach getaway on beautiful North Topsail Island.

Adorably decorated and clean little condo. View is terrific and you get exactly what you see in the images. Family room seating was comfortable and enjoyable. Kitchen is well stocked with glasses, dishes and cookware, but no seasonings, condiments, etc. Master bed was a bit on the soft side while the 2nd bed was a bit hard, but neither was unbearable. Short on kitchen dish towels and could use some beach towels to better accommodate those flying in. All in all, a great value for a cute little place. We would definitely return.
