Description

Enjoy gorgeous sunrise and sunset views from this second-floor Topsail Dunes end unit. Have fun enjoying the pristine beach, swimming in the oceanside pool, or just soaking in the sights and sounds of this recently updated rental. Featuring an oceanfront balcony and a large living area with great ocean views, the condo also includes a screened porch for Intracoastal Waterway (ICWW) sunset watching. The unit has brand new floors replaced in 2025. Additional perks include three TVs, wireless internet, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and slow cooker, as well as board games and books. A twin ottoman bed and rollaway twin bed provide extra sleeping space. The Topsail Dunes complex offers guests a large in-ground pool, a family recreation area with a playground, multiple grills, and dedicated beach access. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from mid to late May through October 31st.

We booked this rental because of the oceanfront views, and it did not disappoint! Photos were accurate, and it was a lovely place to stay.

The view is as good as it gets! You can observe a panoramic view of the ocean from the living room, dining room and kitchen. It looks just like the picture.

The view was amazing and the condo was very comfortable. The WIFI leaves alot to be desired, if you were able to connect nothing would work. The back bedroom TV would not connect to internet, nor was it connected to the cable so TV was for decoration only, I don't know about the main bedrrom TV as we never even tried to turn it on. Ice maker wasn't working when we arrived, I reported it immediately, never heard from anyone so we found some ice trays and used them. 6 days after I reported the ice maker not working, we opened the freezer to realize that a repairman had entered the property without notice while we were gone and removed the ice maker. I find that really concering - how many other times have properties been entered without the renter knowing? Customer service could not explain as to why someone would enter without advance notice. I was told by my customer service representitive that someone would be returning my call, as of today 9/23/24 no return call. This is the 3rd time I have used a property managed by VACASA - I wanted to think that the previous issues with other properties in SC and FL where a fluke, however now I after this last stay - I will NOT use any property owned or managed by VACASA.

Loved the location right on the beach and quick access to the beach. Great area as not crowded at all. Wish we saw dolphins but otherwise nice!

I came in off season for the holiday. The view is spectacular and it does look just like the photos- mornings were a joy and I saw dolphins everyday. Beach access was a 2 minute walk. I traveled alone and felt safe enough with a little caution during the off-season.

This condo looks just like the pictures and the location and views are amazing. Loved having coffee every morning having direct and unobstructed views of the ocean. It's a corner unit so one gets a wide angle of views from the living room. Color scheme is great! Couple of things that were hiccups. When we arrived, the process for changing sheets and stuff was different and it was hard to tell if the beds / bathrooms changed over. Not sure if normally different this way, but it caused a lot of confusion and I had to call Vacasa to verify the local operations company had changed things. (2 of 3 beds weren't made well, some bathroom items were left on kitchen counter in bag, clean towels were in a bag in hallway). Took some time away from the trip but Vacasa customer service was helpful. Wifi has decent speeds, but it needs to be re-logged-into a couple/few times per day as it times out. Beyond the confusion on arrival, the stay was very nice and the condo was great.

My husband and I went to topsail for the week of my birthday.. we were not disappointed. Everything was perfect. Our unit was clean and the view was amazing. We will definitely go back again.

This unit is exactly as it is pictured. The views are amazing. Being the end unit has a huge benefit. Close to the stairs, but far enough away. And the bonus porch at the front door is nice. The unit is clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. I highly recommend. You will be glad you chose this rental!

We loved the proximity to the ocean, condo was bright and cheery. Watched dolphins from our balcony all day and ospray marine air craft. Beach wasn't crowded and we experienced warmer weather than normal for the time of year we stayed.
