Just the right size for a family with two small kids. Great location, beautiful views. I will cherish my memories here with our little ones.

Unit is in North Topsail Beach, which is relaxing and quiet. It’s a little bit of a drive to Surf City and other towns where shopping and restaurants can be found. However that’s what we wanted = peace and quiet. The kitchen was updated and functional. The unit has cute decor items to make it feel beachy. The comfortable deck chairs provided the perfect spot to read while watching the waves.

This is our 2nd time staying in this rental. When we arrived this time it felt like we were at home. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials. We will be back!

The place was clean, well equipped with what we needed. View was wonderful. Front door would stick so a hard push was needed to open. We would highly recommend this place. One draw back..no elevator so if you have bad knees like me it was a challenge, however it was worth it!

The view and balcony were amazing! The bathroom and bedroom could use some updating, but it wasn’t terrible. The bed seemed like a full size rather than queen that was listed. We had a great time!

We spent 5 days here and absolutely loved it. The balcony on the beach was second to none! Beach access could not be closer. Felt very private and no issues with neighboring units or anyone on the beach. Only downsides were not having a screen door for the balcony, and one of the bunk beds smelled like pee pretty badly. Otherwise, we would rent this everytime we visit North Top Sail!

stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect ! love the view from the balcony...will stay there again if there is an availability when I come in the future :) Very quite building far away from all the teenage activities, what we like !

I really dug my weekend stay at Topsail Dunes Villas. It has been many lifetimes since I vacationed in North Topsail Beach, so Seeing St. Regis and Topsail Reef brought back memories of my childhood and Mom (R.I.P.) The condo was a good fit being that it was just me. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Everything in the kitchen worked perfectly. The bed, for me personally, slept well. The best part, like many of the previous guests mentioned, was the view. I sat in the high chair with my feet up listening to oldies on my phone, mostly old beach music. Why I gave it 4 1/2 stars was because of the following: 1. There is a buildup of lint in the dryer. That needs to be cleaned out. I removed a good chunk of lint by hand. 2. The bathroom sink was very very slow draining the water. I fixed that problem during my stay, however, that still needs to be checked out. 3. The blinds at the sliding door to the deck needs to be fixed badly. What is on there now is very badly damaged. I suggest either curtains or blinds (or something similar) that is easier to open and close. 4. There needs to be some internet access. I brought a Fire Stick with me and I could not use it because of no internet connection. The condo is on the third floor, and it is quite the workout going up and down the stairs and through that (ridiculous) door to get to 1310. What made it a little bit copable for me was the marsh view across the street. I pray for all sunny days for all future guests. Thank you, Vacasa, for it all. I think the next time I decide to stay at Topsail Dunes Villas, if avalable, I am gonna book a first floor condo. By the way, the first floor, at least where I was, is where the beach access is located. A shower/hose to clean the sand off is avalable and in good working condition.

We enjoyed this unit for the deck, view, location, and it is well equipped with what we needed. I do agree with another reviewer about the couch being somewhat difficult to get comfortable on but other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

The view and beach were wonderful and the area is so peaceful. Cute place. Needs some updates and a table with more than 1 chair would be nice. We never found the bracelets to wear to the pool which was fine since we live on the beach anyway. Definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated condo with fabulous oceanfront view. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so you will have to climb a lot of steps, but the view is well worth it. Excellent linens were provided and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything you need! Please note that since this is on the northern end of the island, there is no beach area at high-tide.

Place was great. Only issue was no tv the whole time I was there. Too many outdated remotes and no instruction for tv use. Never worked the whole time of my stay. Would have been nice at night.

The accommodations were fine for a couple. The place could use some updating, but it was clean. The view of the ocean right off the livingroom was really nice. The couch however was probably the most uncomfortable couch we've ever sat on which was a bummer for the days we wanted to just hang out in the condo. Some outlets did not work and the dryer vent should be professionally cleaned out before a fire occurs.
