This charming condo boasts a prime location, fantastic shared amenities, and all of the comforts and conveniences of home. When you're not out surfing, sailing, sunbathing, and exploring the many sights, scenes, and eateries in the area, return to your retreat to relax and unwind. Beach art and decor ornate the living space, providing a tranquil and peaceful interior. The living room area has comfortable furnishings and a TV, and views of the water that can be seen through the balcony's sliding doors. When hunger strikes, the full kitchen has everything needed to whip up delicious dishes, plus bar seating. The dining area is cozy and inviting, a perfect place for more togetherness. A private washer/dryer will keep your beach clothes refreshed throughout your stay. Plus, this community offers an on-site pool and grilling area for even more enjoyment. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This condo was so spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect place for our family. We loved that everyone could relax together in the same room, which is exactly why we chose this condo over the others in the building. It truly felt like home.

Condo was exactly as described and seen in pictures. The view is beautiful and my favorite part was sitting at night listening to the surf and watching waves roll in under the moonlight. Condo was very clean, and recliner couches were super comfy. The building itself has a little age on it and elevator is slow, but hey it works! There were several carts to help load and haul your belongs to and from car. The trip from condo to beach and back couldn’t be simpler, really made it easy to spend the day playing in the sand. The condo has a little expandable wagon for the beach, but since it was just me and my teen daughter we traveled light and didn’t need it. Would be great for families though. Beds were comfy too. I had groceries delivered and was able to make meals a couple nights; kitchen has basic pans/pots, utensils with electric oven that worked great. I would rebook again in an instant!

It was our first ever full week vacation and our little one's first time at the beach! Everything so wonderful- from the comfortable space and thoughtful amenities in the condo, to the location and ease of beach and pool access, to Vacasa's impeccable customer service on more than one occasion. We were thrilled with our stay!

This was a get away for my wife, and myself. We are a couple in our late 60's that wanted a getaway after vacationing with grandkids over the last decade. What we found was a place that felt like home after a hour of stashing our belongings. This condo was over stocked anything. We had stopped at the local Food Lion to stock up on paper goods and daily cleaning supplies. We soon realized we would be taking our purchases home with us. The owners had insured that there was plenty of dish, and hand soap, along with toilet paper. The sounds of the waves could be heard in living room and master bedroom, making for an overall serene feel. I have to say the laid back pace of Topsail was a welcome change from other tourist driven vacation spots we have visited. I'd gladly recommend anyone that wants a vacation filled with memories, to try this condo.
