We had the best time for my little boys first ever trip to the beach. It was our family's first time at Topsail as well. The location and views are amazing. We will definitely be coming back to Topsail Reef!

Topsail vacation
Overall very pleased with the property. The views and beach access were amazing. Our code didn’t work to get into the door so I had to call to get code for the key. We had a great vacation, my little boy (6) loved it there for his first beach trip. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing vacation
We had such a wonderful amazing vacation at north topsail. Our place was just the right size for us. You can not ask or get a more beautiful view then what we had. A few steps and you was on the beach.

The beach house facing the ocean was perfect who knew 532 ft.² could fit four adults and two children decently walking out the door and onto the sand watching the sunrise and sunset and hearing the ocean waves while the door was open was a perfect Vacation I would note that the lack of communication with the rental company provides small irritations, but overall I would recommend if you want a low-key vacation the north end market and tiki bar across the street is a great place to hang out during unfortunate weather. Tell Donnie I said hi.

This place is the definition of location, location, location! Tiki bar across the road, ocean out the back door. Quiet beach.
