This is a great place with a view of the ocean. You'll have to time your beach time with the tide times as it's not possible to go down the stairs to the beach during high tide times. The pathway to public access to the beach is walking distance though. Overall, it's a decent spot to unwind.
And Carolina Coast Retreats folks were easy to work with compared to some of the others who manage property in the same building. Unlike the others who never "approved" our request for reservation leaving us hanging, Carolina Coast Retreats were quick to approve and respond.

The space was neat and clean. The linens smelled freshly washed (sometimes even clean linens don't smell fresh). The walk up 5 flights of steps was tough for this old gal but I'll know better the next time we visit :-).

Great Location!

Great location and updated furniture to include a pull out couch. The bunk beds were awesome! The condos are a bit outdated but for the price you can't beat it. We even extended our stay. The AC was cold and there was an amazing breeze from the beach!

The room is less than a 2 minute walk right to the water , when the tide is high the waves are right at the steps to the sand and the view is amazing , very clean and very comfortable stay

Clean and well maintained. The kitchen is tiny but we didn't really use it, but if someone planned on cooking a lot that might be an issue. Other than being on the 3rd level with no elevator, this condo met all of our needs at an affordable price. The view was great, loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings with a book, listening to the ocean.
