The room was ok for the price we paid. The view is fantastic! The bed was pretty good, a little firm for me but it was ok. The room was clean as expected. Now for the not so good. There is a strong damp smell when you enter. We got used to it after a while but it is a bad first impression. Not one door operates properly, the bathroom door wouldn’t close at all and the bedroom door knob was installed backwards. The furniture is dated but ok, the whole condo is dated but still ok. Overall i think the condo did just what we needed. A condo right on the beach for a price that wont kill you. Sure it needs a few things, but that VIEW! Thats what you are paying for.

I stayed over Memorial Day weekend and, even with the crowds, this little condo was incredibly peaceful. Everything I needed was thoughtfully provided. Being right on the ocean made it easy to unwind. A perfect low-key getaway—I’d absolutely stay again.

This place is very cozy and perfect for me and my husband. This is our second time that we’ve stayed here and both times we thoroughly enjoyed it. The water comes all the way up to the condo. The firm bed makes me sleep so well, we will be back.

Loved listening to the ocean and sitting on the balcony. There is no beach you can go on at the house, you'll have to drive to another beach for the day. The water comes right up to the sandbags that are along the shore and you're not allowed to be near them. The bed is not a queen, it's a full. The home is perfect for a couple or a family with 1-2 small children.

Stayed here for 4 nights over Labor Day 2024 and had a nice visit! I read reviews so I was skeptical from the most recent reviews so let me assure you that this is a nice little place! The unit is clean and smells nice! The couch looks brand new and is a dual, electric reclining type. It's nice! The chairs on the balcony are brand new and so nice! The view is beautiful!! The water does come up really high and you do have direct beach access but when the tide is high, you don't have any dry land. However, every day around 10 am, the low tide came in and it was perfect! Only negative thing I will say is that the AC is not central air so the bathroom is pretty warm. There is a ceiling fan, which helps some, but not enough. A portable fan would be nice! I am a single 61 year old female and felt very safe staying here alone. Nice little "healing" getaway for me!

A quiet location right at the waters edge. No beach directly in front of the condo at this time because of the hurricane. There is lots of nice beach on past this condo.

This is the first time I've ever experienced a true oceanfront sunrise, and I'm 67 years old. I will never forget this week.

Enjoyed the stay. Well stocked, other than a cookie sheet but no big deal. Clean, great location. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was a dog smell for the first few days. I had heard bad things about Vacasa such as over booking, bad communication, etc. I had no issues and was very impressed by the communication.

It was great for me as a single person. A couple with small kids would also do well with it. A couple with teenagers would not be comfortable. One gueen size bed, bunk beds in the hall way and a comfortable reclining couch in the living room. It is right on the beach and the scenery is great! For a small group this place is ideal.

My husband and I got away for the weekend and stayed in this adorable condo. We enjoyed the sunrise in the morning and the view in the afternoon. It is a great location a very private area and at the end of the beach I will definitely be coming back again thank you for Vacasa.

We stayed here for 5 days. Loved being right on the beach. The 3 flights or 38 stairs was a bit much for this 65 yr old who is in pretty good shape! Had everything we needed and can’t wait to come back.

The condo was lovely and comfortable with all the frills: bath products, everything in the kitchen except groceries, games in the cabinet, snacks in a bowl on the table, large soft clean towels, and the list goes on. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. The deck was easily accessible and opens directly into the beach. Beach access is built-in! Seriously convenient. 10/10
