If you are looking for a true beach resort, stop your search here. This colorful two-bedroom oceanfront condo in the much coveted resort of Villa Capriani on North Topsail beach offers a spacious living area, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and from the balcony you can admire a truly magnificent view of the Atlantic ocean. A step through the glass french doors to the balcony off the living area will offer you a spectacular view of three enormous swimming pools, one with a waterfall, hot tubs, and a kiddie pool, all nestled within massive, swaying palm trees in true resort fashion. Slightly beyond the grand sundecks, you will see the ocean. If serenity is what you seek, sit on the furniture on your private balcony to watch the sun rise. You may also walk out to the beach with your morning coffee to see the day begin if you wish. With a close look, you will see dolphins peacefully swimming by, or an early morning pelican swooping down to the water to catch its breakfast flounder. Prepare a meal at the shared grill picnic area or in your well-equipped kitchen. After your meal, walk to the pool area and enjoy a dip in the crystal clear water, warm yourself in one of the hot tubs, or relax with your favorite novel on one of the many lounge chairs that surround the pools. Return home where comfort abounds. Gather in the living room for board games or a movie. Then, retire for a restful night's sleep in the beautifully outfitted bedrooms. Good but pack accordingly
It was a spacious, clean and nicely decorated. However, the stove needs some maintenance because the burners don’t reach the correct temperatures. If you want to cook on something other than inexpensive non-stick pans - pack your favorite. They have a nice selection of plates, cups, baking pots and utensils. The pullout sofa in the living room needs a new mattress. It is fine as a sofa but not for sleeping- we went and got an air mattress. The service was great with towels, sheets and easy keyless entrance. The large spacious laundry room and new washer and dryer made it easy to keep everything clean and sand out do the living area.

Great room
This was a nice clean unit. It isn’t as updated as others in the complex but it is a great unit. It has everything you would need for a great stay. Pots/pans, toaster, ect- all the basics are covered. Have fun and enjoy the views!

Villa Capriani is the best!
First time here, we loved everything. The resort is beautiful, views are amazing, location is perfect. Wifi and Cell service were not great but that was only a problem when we needed to take care of a few work items from back home. Read the reviews of this condo and packed some kitchen items accordingly. We loved it!

Great location!!
Upon arrival, found the unit to be very clean. Easy check in, very nice and personable staff at Vacasa. The unit was well equipped and well laid out. Overall, a great experience.

Great place!
This place was great! It was clean and worked great for our family of 4. The only downside was that the burners on the stove don't heat properly and the kitchen is limited in a few items (i.e. no pizza cutter or can opener.) Other than that I would definitely recommend this place!

Simply phenomenal
The entire villa. From the multiple pools of varying depths. To the hot tubs, landscaping, and easy beach access. The best!

The unit was absolutely perfect . Splash by the Sea . The food was amazing. Lawrence was our waiter very friendly and great service.

Awesome!
If u are a toddler mama this place is perfect! They have beach chairs and sand toys available in the unit. A mini fridge in the bedroom for easy bottle access at night. A washer and dryer and dishwasher. I mean just perfect!!! The hotel kiddie pool even has a fence around it to keep the kiddos from escaping. Easy on site dining access as well. We loved it, will totally be back!

Nice Place!
Villa Capriani is a beautiful place! This condo has great pool and ocean views. It is decorated in bright, beachy decor, has a keurig (bring your own pods), a coffee maker, and has beach toys/chairs! Bathrooms could use some updating but you don’t spend much time there anyway! I would also recommend bringing your own pillow. Highly recommend the restaurant at the condos, Splash by the Sea!
