Weather was perfect (highs around 80 & lows in 60s) and the view from our balcony was priceless. The accommodations were just right for a long weekend at the beach for a couple. My only recommendation would be to fix or replace the bedroom tv and replace the bed (not comfortable). Also, even though it wasn’t an issue for us, there was only one wristband in this condo to use at the resort. Otherwise, our stay was just what we needed.

Beautiful surroundings, quiet place evenings, kid friendly, safe and secure.....close, oh so close to the beach....excellent restaurant on the premises....comfortable accomadations...great Vacasa staff....nice view of ATLANTIC ....

The location of this condo is ideal for easy access to the pool gate, stairwell, elevator & parking! The house was very clean, but if you have kitchen particulars, you might want to bring them with you!

This clean, up-to-date and beautifully maintained condo has a great view and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. I would definitely use this unit again. After 20 years of coming to the same community this is by far my favorite.

I firstly want to say the beach itself was absolutely beautiful and being in a somewhat secluded area was great. It allowed us to play games on the beach and most other beaches are over crowded therefore not having that as an option. I thought from the pictures that the building was much more updated than it actually was. Our room in particular wasn’t very clean. Sand was still everywhere. The shower clogged. Walls were very thin. People above us and below were loud. Having two small children the beach access up and down numerous stairs was a struggle. We had to carry a wagon and canopy up and down which was hard. None of the bracelets provided were even necessary because the gates do not lock like it says it does. The parking was a nightmare. We saw guests every night leaving the restaurant located in the condos taking spaces they weren’t allowed to forcing us a numerous other guests to park across the street. Again, that is a long walk with two small children. The door to our unit specifically looked as if someone had broken into it. There was a huge gap between the wall and lock. The WI-FI was TERRIBLE! I couldn’t even send txt messages from our room. So, if you weren’t in the room the Topsail area itself, beaches, and the pools on the grounds were great.

This unit was very clean, has new appliances and well maintained. Good view of the pools and can see the ocean from the balcony. Could use a newer or a little more comfortable mattress but that’s just a personal preference. Would book again!

We loved our condo. It was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a balcony overlooking the beach and pool as well as the outdoor seating at the on site restaurant. We were able to sit out on our balcony rain or shine and were able to enjoy the musician they had one night right from our balcony . We enjoyed the on site restaurant “Splash “. The staff was friendly and the food was good at reasonable prices. The beach was very nice and we loved hearing the waves from our condo.

Absolutely loved staying here. The resort as a whole is amazing! Parking was limited but there is additional parking directly across the street that is easy to get too. The condo itself was clean. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and would definitely go back.

Rented this same unit 16 years ago. I love this 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit the views were amazing. Will definitely want to rent this unit again in the future. 210-A Thank you so much for an amazing place

The unit was clean and well maintained. The view of the courtyard, ocean, and pier were great. The Villa Capriani team keep the grounds and pool area well cared for. We liked that this unit had a covered balcony. Many there do not. The kitchen had the basic necessities. The guest wifi is terrible. It disconnects constantly. The unit's wifi password would have been much appreciated. There was only one access bracelet for the pool and beach entrance. One for each adult would have been nice. The tub drain was clogged when we arrived. Vacasa was quick to respond. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back.

We enjoyed our stay on this property. The condo was in a great location by the stairs and the elevators. The view from the patio was nice as you could see the pool area and the ocean. The air conditioner worked well which is a huge plus for us. Even though the bedroom furniture appears old, the bed slept really well. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The WiFi worked well in the condo, not so well by the pool. The light in the bedroom comes from lamps that each have to be switched on manually, and there is no overhead light on the ceiling. The only mirror in the condo is the one in the bathroom, and we felt it would have been useful if there was at least one more mirror in the condo. The restaurant on the premises was really great. Overall, we had a really nice time, and we were pleased.

After driving 6 hours in bad wind and rain I followed the instructions I was sent by the property management office to go by office and unlock late check in box with code sent… only to find my key was not inside, after a couple of calls and 30 mins I was told the key was at the condo in a lockbox in stairwell. After searching a couple of stairwells I went to the condo and found the key in a lockbox hanging on the door. Finally able to get inside the elevator was not working so my elderly mom and I had to make several trips up and down 2 flights of stairs to unload our stuff. The condo is beautifully remodeled and has really cute decor but furniture is outdated and well used with dirty arms. My mom has health issues so to keep her safe we always pack covers to address those issues but it means more unloading and loading. The patio furniture is cheap and one chair is broken and need of repair. The coffee maker was old and rusted and not something I felt comfortable using. I did love the resort and the area and the views were amazing.

Exactly as listed, the hot tub was amazing even though the jets didn’t work. The restaurant located on the property as amazing wings and the staff was super friendly

Perfect for the price, clean, be prepared to use a 2 burner hot plate, hey it worked we got the job done and had a great time, restaurant was very good also. Beautiful views, Great for the soul
