Loved fully stocked kitchen, sectional couch, bunk beds and cleanliness of this room. We enjoyed eating delicious food and listening to live music at the restaurant located within the condominium resort. Our family spent our time between the three pools, two hot tubs and the ocean and made lots of memories!

Great location to see the beach, ocean and pool area from the balcony. Elevator on this side of the building was out all week. Had to go up 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day. Not the fault of Vacasa or the homeowner though. Otherwise, no complaints except the carpet needed cleaned. Otherwise, very nice condo. Would book it again.

Gorgeous views. Was not the cleanest place I have stayed there. The carpet needs to be replaced and half of the lights did not work. Other than that the place was great. If it has been a couple of years since you have been there, they no longer have amenity cards to get to the pools and beach even though the signs still say Cards. They have new wristbands that you use. I found out because I saw someone using theirs to get in the pool area on the 2nd day we were there. The customer service people I called could not find anything in their notes. Also they did not know what to do if you have more than two cars. They just told me it does not mention anything about it. We parked across the street and hoped it would not get towed before we could talk to the office there on Monday which they told us to park across the street since they do not monitor that. Their website said you could purchase an additional parking pass for $10 which is no longer the case.

We love Villa Capriani because of the amenities. This condo is a little dated, but we didn't come to the beach to sit on a brand new couch, so no problem for us. The thing you should know is if you have a difficult time negotiating a flight of stairs, you don't want a 4th floor condo. We weren't expecting it, but again, we had no problem with it, we just weren't expecting it. Overall we had a great 9 days in Topsail!!!

We loved this condo and will probably book again next May. The amount of space was perfect for our family and it was so well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, beach toys, etc. The view was so nice and the complex itself was perfection. We loved all the different pools and hot tubs. This is such a quiet area of North Topsail with all of the restaurants and shopping of Surf City only 10-15 mins away. It is the perfect spot! Thank you for a great week!

Beautiful view, clean unit, close to everything, especially the beach and pier. Condo was super clean where it counts..bathrooms,kitchen and beds. Carpet has some stains and couch does as well..but so does my home, so if you are looking for the Ritz,keep looking. Very safe ,secure area and super family friendly. We will be back for sure.

Being a frequent flyer to Topsail, I can highly recommend this condo. The grounds and pool are very well maintained. It is much nicer than St. Regis. It is spacious and stayed very cool during the stay. The mattresses were comfortable and we had ample extra towels and linens. The view is amazing from the balcony. You must climb one flight of stairs inside the condo as it is technically a 4th floor unit, so take that into consideration. Pool opens in April and is open until 11pm. The kitchen was well-equipped including special utensils for seafood -Topsail Steamer is a must for every trip. It is very close to Sneads Ferry to pick up any forgotten items. There are a couple of beach chairs in the front closet and some beach toys as well. The living room does come with Roku Streaming. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo!

Beautiful condo, with stunning views. You can hear the sound of the ocean it is so close. The condo itself has all that you need and more, beautiful and comfortable. Absolutely love it!!!
