Bem-vindo and welcome to Pérola Azul! Translating to the 'Blue Pearl' in Portuguese, it's easy to see why this home gets its name - not only for its pleasing ocean-hued exterior but for its ideal ocean-view location and in-home amenities as well. You'll find public beach access just one block from your front door, which also serves as the designated release point for Bealey Turtle Rescue. The home is also right next to Nelva R. Albury Park, offering a great place for families traveling with young children. Along with ocean views from the front deck, you'll also enjoy a breezy outdoor area beneath the home complete with patio seating and an outdoor shower. A level 2 electric vehicle charging station is also equipped for added convenience. The sunny interior features inviting, coastal-chic decor and all the modern comforts of home. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances is equipped to handle family-style meal prep with ease. New sofas and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime and movie night entertainment. Modern home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Pleasant Stay
We rented this property for a week. 2 occupants. Plenty of space. VERY short walk to beach. PROS: space, close to the beach, nice views, bar & playground within walking distance, interesting decor, ample dishware, outdoor shower, outdoor seating. CONS: #1 BIGGEST COMPLAINT - we noticed the morning after checkin, the microwave would not operate beyond 3 seconds. 4 calls were made and an appliance service came out once. We were notified this issue may be solved by Friday...calls were made Sunday & he showed up Wednesday. At checkout...still no functioning microwave. How sad is it not to be able to quickly reheat yummy leftovers on vaca. Moving on...no guestbook, no notification of trash pickup, odd lightswitches, noisy neighbors, & lastly...the hubby complained about the lack of TV in the master bedroom. Suggestions to make this property pop: hammock chairs, hot tub, grill, & possibly an approved firepit...just saying.

Loved my stay
Home was very clean, perfect location with gorgeous views and easy, short walk to beach access. Home was stocked with necessities. I will definitely be back to spend a longer vacation!

Perfect getaway
We had a great stay at this home. Plenty of room for my family. Communication was excellent with company staff. The house extremely clean and one of the cleanest we’ve rented. All their amenities were helpful and easy to access. The only issues we had was the queen size bed was too small for me and my fiancé ( it was more like a full size bed and we aren’t overweight for our height). Also the bar across the street was way too loud(well past the quiet time).

Amazing location
This home had a wonderful, fantastic location. It was right next to the beach access and great for a beach going family. The home was super clean and it was utilities that were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked, which helped our family a lot, and I love the touches of travel size, soaps, and shampoos for the Justin case. The beds are comfortable, the seating in the living room wasn't great because there wasn’t a lot, but overall would stay here again. Looking forward to booking in the future.

Great time, great views to ocean!!!
house was very comfortable, clean and equipped , You could lay on couch and hear the ocean, so wonderful. Only 1 block to ocean, very convenient. thanks so much , hoping to do this again next year,.

Great location!
All in all a very cute home in a great location! Besides the floating shelf falling onto my foot and the linen was completely soaked because it was left on the porch prior to us coming, super cute and great location! Will def come back!!
