Nice neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed family breakfast & dinners in the well equipped kitchen. And enjoyed family game nights with games that were already there.

Adorable little gem in a cozy quiet neighborhood! Loved the large screened deck amongst the trees and the adorable kitchen! All the amenities needed for a long stay, too. Beautiful walk to the beach with lots of wildlife. Saw deer and squirrels and all the neighbors walking dogs were so friendly. Our only complaint was the bunk bed was sooo loud and creaky at night with hard metal steps hurting child’s feet when going to restroom at night. Room would have been better with two double beds. Will definitely come again!

We really enjoyed the neighborhood feel. Lots of dogs being walked. The home felt welcoming and was well-appointed. Access to two bikes and kayaks were a big plus. Easy 2-minute walk to the beach.

Nice house with main living space conveniently all on one level, which was important for our multi-generarional trip (also with a tripod dog). Easy walk to the beach to two different access points. The beach wagon was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The young adults (19 yrs olds) enjoyed the 2 bikes and took the 3 kayaks out on the sound (at low tide, unfortunately, although they still had fun). There is a convenient access to the sound nearby. Our dogs love to go on trips, too, especially to the beach, and we were fortunate to find this relaxing dog-friendly home to bring our 2 pups along with us for the 3-night stay. They especially loved the cool and breezy wrap-around screened in porch (they weren't the only ones!). We would definitely return in the future!

The house is nice. VACASAs handling of issues made the stay challenging. One of the showers didn’t work (no water, no matter how we turned, pulled, or pushed on the central knob) and it took VACASA three days to send a repairman. The repairman fixed something and tried to say that it had been working all along, but we weren’t using it correctly. The password to the door stopped working and instead of resetting it remotely, VACASA gave us the code to the lockbox, so we had the master key to the door. Potentially unsafe condition for future guests (and who knows how many times this had happened before our stay)

This is a perfect little beach house. It is so well appointed, you really do not have to bring anything with you except your toothbrush and your clothes. The towels are soft and fluffy. The sheets were cozy. Everything was so clean and the screened in porch was the best part of sitting outside in the evening. There is a game room down stairs, but we did not use it. All in all our few days there were delightful.

I booked this house for a short trip for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was perfect for our family of 5 plus 2 of her friends. Being dog friendly was also a big plus as ours vacation with us! It's a short walk to the beach and far enough away from the main hub of Surf city. Neighborhood is quiet and off the main road. Will definitely rent again for future trips as we frequent Topsail.

We enjoyed staying at this home. It was in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach, but removed from the busy main road. It only took a few minutes to walk to the beach access and was very easy even with our infant. This home had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The home was decently clean. The only minor issue was the washing machine was broken during our stay. Vacasa rental service was very friendly, responded quickly to contact, and more affordable compared to Airbnb. Would recommend this home for a comfortable family stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly neighbors.

This was our first time visiting Topsail and this rental was the perfect home base. Sound views from the house and only a five minute walk to the beach. Very close to restaurants and other amenities but in a lovely quiet neighborhood perfect for relaxing and for families with small kids or dogs you want to keep safe. Three nice sized bedrooms and plenty of space for relaxing. Great bonus game room downstairs. I loved the ability to do laundry as well. Very clean and all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. Very clean upon arrival. Located in a quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

We had a quick stay of just two nights with our two dogs. This house offers games for the whole family in the basement as well as a wonderful enclosed porch with a comfy and serene sitting area. Located in a private community with only a 5 minute walk to the beach, this house was wonderful. The beach access point is right across from the entrance of the community. Overall a wonderful stay!

Very nice area with good view of the sound. Nice area for kids to play or ride the nice bikes available for guest. They also have kayaks that are great for the sound. Two gray porches one up for lounging and one down to grill on. Nice lower level with great bar and tv for watching sports. Great for families and anyone wanting a nice house near the beach

I loved having my morning coffee on the screened in wrap around porch and being able to interact with all the friendly neighbors. The beach is just. Short walk away and the bicycle was great for and evening ride!

Great quiet location, great for young kids that like to play outside because there isn’t a lot of traffic, the house is very clean and has everything u need! We had a blast just relaxing and having a quiet weekend!! Will def return in the future thanks for everything!!!
