Description Description
This oceanfront duplex boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, two levels of deck space, and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach day activities. This property also includes a seasonal community pool available to guests. After a long day of being on the water, what better place to unwind than on one of the two decks overlooking the ocean. The first level is home to three of the bedrooms, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a deck with ocean views. The second level boasts the stylish living and dining areas, the kitchen, and a bedroom. The living area provides an attractive yet relaxed space to relax on a comfy sofa. This room opens onto a deck with vast views of the ocean. It's a perfect place to begin and end the day. The kitchen cabinets are a beautiful wood and the countertops are pristine granite. The large square table has seating for eight with additional seating at the bar. The remarkable kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and four-burner range, and oven. It has everything you may need to cook and enjoy the day's catch. Also included in the kitchen is a coffee maker, a toaster, plates, glasses and utensils. The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.

Great vacation home!
Everything thing was clean and in working order. Just about anything you need or want to do is within walking distance, especially restaurants. We had a great time.

Half Turn
Loved the new updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Great location with easy walking access to restaurants and shops. This unit is set up more for adults with having 4 King beds.

Great Views
Loved the location of this unit! Close enough to walk to numerous stores and eateries. Interior nicely set up for family gatherings. Loved the covered porches for great views of the ocean!

Family fun with lots of amenities!
Beach house is located within walking distance to many stores, restaurants and the pier! This oceanfront beach house meets all family needs. The extra water hoses located on the balconies were extra handy for easy wash off prior to entering home. The pool was big enough for multiple family fun! Definitely appreciated the installed gates with latches on the opposite side when exiting, a huge safety feature for families with children. The elevator made transporting groceries or family members needs additional assistance extremely helpful! Highly recommend. Thanks for the fun memories made at this location!

Outstanding location and view
The facility is ON the beach and a very easy walk to anything you might want (dining out, treats, shopping). The shared pool is a great option if the water is too rough. Plenty of sleeping options.

Family vacation
There is direct beach access and beautiful views from 2 separate porches. The property is beautiful and close to alot of restaurants and other stores. The shared pool is nice but sometimes gets crowded when sharing with other properties but still nice to have. The king beds for adults a great ammenity. All was clean and alot of room. Would definately stay here again! 4.5 stars

Paradise View
Half Turn Duplex is located in the center of the Surf City tourist district - close to retail, the pier, and shopping. The house has an incredible view of the Atlantic and easy access to the beach. The house was perfect for our large family.
