SC1824 The Beach Hut

The house was wonderful with an incredible view of the ocean in many rooms. Spent a lot of time out on the deck watching the waves roll in and reading. Perfect location. Couldn't have asked for anything better. House was beautifully furnished and had just about everything you could need for your stay. Thank you!!!

We loved our time here. The beach was easy to access, the views were beautiful, and the home had nearly everything we needed (we were told there was a pizza cutter, but needed to buy one). Very roomy place for a family, although beds could be more comfortable with a simple mattress topper. Communication was friendly but slow, which mattered due to a typo in our door code. Still, we had a great experience and will definitely be back!

The house was just as pictured. The family was comfortable and house had all that was needed for the week. My girls (5 and 3) loved the beach and we found a bunch of shark teeth right in front of the house (including a megalodon tooth) While visiting we went to the Sea turtle rehabilitation center and the topsail pier. The only reason we would not stay here again is because my elderly mother could not get down to the beach (steep at bottom of the stairs) . This is a great place for families and would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at this house on the beach. Place was clean upon arrival. Kitchen was as described with all need eating and cooking ware. Smart TVs were a nice feature as well. I would suggest this place to friends and relatives for an ocean front getaway. The only thing I would request is that if you arrive a hour early and nothing is going on at the house would be that you are permitted to go in. The response I received from Vacasa was the property did not allow early entry. So we just hung outside until check-in time.

We loved walking down a just a few steps to the beach. The large windows made way for a perfect beach and ocean view. Easy access for unloading our luggage with wide steps and landing. The deck and outdoor shower were lovely. All the decking was well maintained. The home was very clean and the furniture in the living and dining areas were comfortable and well taken care of. I would certainly and happily vacation in the Beach Hut again.

No pets allowed! Why we chose this. Views and location are awesome. Back deck is on beach and feet away from the ocean. All rooms are nice size and 2 bathrooms a plus. Located close to places to eat can walk or drive. We had a lot of fun. Would definitely do again.

Nice home located on the beach. It's nice to wake up with that view. Home was well furnished with all needed essentials. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware to prepare and cook meals as you wish. I would stay at this home again and would recommend it to my family and friends. Randy

we have been taking a beach vacation every year since 2017, this is hands down our favorite! roomy with a major view , soft comfortable beds, everything you could need with special amenities, full size washer and dryer on the main floor, roomy outdoor shower, lots of seats and right on the beach, wish we would've known about this 7 years ago, oh and management is awesome too!!!!

We had a wonderful stay here. Cleaning crew and Vacasa staff so nice and helpful! The back porch allows for a perfect unobstructed view of beach. This beach house is older, but it is comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back. Linens and towels are provided.

It was right on beach ! Outdoor shower and water hose outside on a wonderful deck to rinse things off. Deck had nice chairs and enough for everyone to sit on. Great views ! I will definitely keep this home in mind for our next family beach trip

Love the location and short walk to the beach! Second time for us to book this house. Really charming, has an outdoor shower and a large deck that our family enjoyed while watching the waves. It has everything you need, no need to worry about towels and sheets either which is a big plus for us. We’d love to see better cleaning done so we don’t spend our first day sanitizing and cleaning, and just be able to enjoy the beach right away. Otherwise we truly loved the house!

The layout of the home is wonderful.Kitchen open from the road side to the L.R. with view of deck and Ocean.Nice comfortable seating in L.R. Good light and great tv experience.The deck area was just terrific and a set of steps onto the beach.Perfect spot to relax,music,wine and the crashing of the waves.Great spot to get centered.

We LOVED The Beach Hut! This was by far our best vacation at Top Sail. The house is in a great location and the fact that the deck drops you right to the beach is wonderful. Granted the house is a little dated in some respects, but that's nothing a little more upgrading would take care of. It was decorated beautifully and the furniture was comfortable. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The view of the beach/ocean rates a 10. Someone will want to move all the sand that has accumulated on the lower landing and down the last stairs. After storms and wind it was up to the rails. We will definitely be renting The Beach Hut again. ❤

This house was the perfect set up. First got there and visually everything was great. Housekeeping needs to clean under the beds. Someone doesn't clean like we clean...lots of clothes and things left there...but the home itself was perfect...great set up, location, and would consider staying again but checking the cleaning out first.

Our recent trip to The Beach Hut exceeded our expectations in every way! From its immaculate condition to its direct access to the sandy shores, this cozy retreat offered us serene tranquility that only nature could provide. The thing you can’t change about a home is the location, and this location is fantastic. The deck overlooking the ocean was gorgeous, and when it was a little cool outside, the front window was just as amazing. We had a great visit, we are from Washington State and had never been here before. We would definitely stay again. If you need super fancy decor and furniture, this isn’t it, but functional and a gorgeous view is what matters to us. ❤️
