SC206 Sea Star Vista

This 4 bedroom unit, worked very well for our family of 6 + one toddler. All the bedrooms were a good size, with plenty of room, beds comfortable,however, on the soft side. We appreciated the curtains on the bedroom deck doors, were heavy enough to limit some the night time light and sun. We were pleased, that beds were made, before arrival, and bath towels furnished. Could have used a few more, especially hand towels for the 1/2 bathroom. (Beach towels were not suppled.) Kitchen was adequately supplied, did not find any need for other cookware during our stay. With the living area, on the top floor, it did mean, a lot more up and down the extra flight of steps. Condo was in good order when we arrived. Great to have nice beach chairs to use. Beach access is excellent! Public area access #1, no steps, or dunes to traverse. Nearby, several good restaurants, eat in or take out. No trouble parking our 3, cars. No noise issue, and other renters were polite and respectful

Easy walk to the beach and plenty of room for our family of 6. Community pool was a nice bonus too.

The house was roomy and beds were comfortable. Having a deck off all of the rooms was nice, with some giving a direct view of the beach & the house was also quite close to the beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Stove was a little tricky to cook on as the size of elements weren’t what I was used to cooking on at home. The house was located on the north side of the island , which was nice as we were the same distance from both bridges entering the disks. so could easily hop to Publix or Food Lion. Renting with Vacasa was easy to manage with the app, and they responded quickly to any issues we had.

We severely underestimated the space of this rental. It is huge. Not to mention you could have your feet in the water within 5 minutes of walking out the door. Definitely saving this for future Surf Coty visits.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome! Our family loved it, and it was the ideal spot for a quick, relaxing getaway to the beach during the winter months. We got lucky with the weather, and our 4 year old daughter enjoyed her visit to the sea turtle rescue hospital nearby. We especially appreciated the close proximity to the beach, the well-stocked kitchen, and the cleanliness of the property. Lastly, my wife really appreciates that linens, towels are provided, and bathrooms are well stocked. We’ll certainly consider coming back again.

Our family had a fantastic time at this wonderful townhome! It was the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. The house was spotless and spacious, with plenty of rooms for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen – it had everything we needed to prepare family meals. Having TVs in every room was great for those times when everyone wanted to unwind separately, and the kids loved the included Disney+ subscriptions and game console. The board games were a fantastic touch, and we had some memorable family game nights. Of course, the ocean views were simply stunning! We loved enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach and all the attractions in Surf City. This townhome was the perfect home base for our family vacation, and we'd love to stay there again!
