Are you ready for the most memorable vacation of the summer? Then, look no further than this beautifully decorated and clean townhouse! Located in a captivating community in the heart of Surf City, you will be granted access to the community's outdoor pool and the beach will be waiting for you just across the street as well as the fishing pier, shopping, and many great restaurants. For the locals, this community is located near the 'S' curve. On the first level of this home, guests will find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its TV and en suite bathroom, and a washer/dryer in the hallway. Upstairs, the main living area provides guests with an inviting and cozy place to hang out and create everlasting memories. Watch a favorite movie or sports game on the TV in the living room, or be the star of the group and prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Then, once mealtime is over, let the dishwasher worry about the dishes while you all enjoy the breeze and views from your private balcony. The bedroom on this level also features a TV and there is an additional full bathroom. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Outdoor pool. Unit has high speed internet.

Great location, great for families with small children
The location and community this home is located in was perfect for our large family of 6. Close enough to the beach to where lugging supplies for 4 small children didn't break your back, and the private beach access is a total plus.

Great location Surf City Condo
The location was convenient and the development was very nice. Nice pool. The space in the condo was great. having three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms worked out great for our family. The mattresses on the bed were very comfortable and the place was clean. Could use some new carpet, hairdryers, a few kitchen items and maybe some beach chairs. We enjoyed our stay.

This is located on great place to get to the beach easily. We loved the pool. Parking was good with overflow areas.

Easy days
The house was great! Loved all the bedrooms and the view out of the upstairs balcony. That was a regular spot for morning coffee. Easy walk to the beach. Wonderful location, we had a great trip!

Clean, bright, perfect
The place was great. Vacasa obviously put effort to make sure not a detail was missed (e.g. amount of dishes and utensils, body wash/shampoo, dishsoap and sponge). Clean. Close to both the pool and the private Condo resident beach access. Plenty of room!

Very comfortable stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at Lazy Daze. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms made lots of space for us and were very well stocked with extra towels and toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.
