Property was beautiful!! Kitchen was great!! Had everything needed and more!! Everything in the house was so nice. It was very pet friendly and had everything needed for children!! I loved this house!! It was perfect!! Location was great!!

This house was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The pool worked out great for my aging parents when they didn’t want to walk to the beach. The downside was the neighbor next store was borderline creepy. He would stand on his deck smoking and staring into the yard. They also have nine kittens all over the place which was insane.

The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and fit our group perfectly. We were in a great location to the beach, and the pool was a great addition which was not there when we booked. I wish it would have stated how many beach chairs the house had, as it only had 3. Usually, a house this size would have more than that for guests to use, or state how many are there incase more need to be brought. The house had plenty of kitchen items needed to cook, and seasonings. The view from the decks were great as well!

Overall, the house was a beautiful home! Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, decorated beautifully with many kitchen items to use, and overall great. The reason I cannot give 5 stars were due to our experience with some issues we noticed and experienced while there. Friday evening, we arrived back to the house after going to the beach during the day, we noticed a big trail of ants leading from the top of the vent of the stove down to the counter. There was nothing we saw that they would have been attracted to, but we still cleaned and wiped the counters. We noticed the house had ant traps under the sink ready to be used, so we put two of those out. The next morning the ants were luckily gone. Friday night, the smoke alarms randomly went off at about 1:30 in the morning leading us all to do a house sweep and found nothing. It did it two separate times in a ten minute period, but only each went off for about 10 seconds and automatically turned themselves off. Lastly, we noticed the half bathroom off the kitchen hallway had mold all over the top of the ceiling near the vent. This bathroom does not have a shower, or any access to windows leading there to necessarily be mold growth due to moisture, yet it was full of moisture. Other than these issues that would need to be addressed, the home itself is great and has a fantastic location!

It was a very nicely decorated house, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved that it had extra touches such as shower supplies, hair dryers, bikes, boogie boards and a cart to haul things to the beach, which was a short walk. outside shower was super nice to have. We did not know when we booked that it had a pool as it did not show on the map, we absolutely loved it! Definitely will stay here again.

The house was everything we needed and in a great location.12 of us in the area for a function at Lejeune and this place left us wanting for nothing. Thanks for providing us a perfect base for a lifetime memory event. Beach, pool, plenty of space and every amenity imaginable.

Salty Breeze had everything we needed to cook together, relax comfortably, take in beautiful views from all the amazing decks, and even play games and do puzzles together when the weather was a bit rainy. The hosts thought of every detail when building and appointing this home. We especially appreciated all of the extra little touches that were thought of for traveling with kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Salty breeze and plan to come back again!

We recently spent a week at Salty Breeze. There were 8 adults and 2 dogs in total. The house is quite new, only about a year old, I believe. Appliances and fixtures are all top notch and worked well. Would definitely stay here again.

We just returned from Topsail NC after staying at the Salty Breeze, our best rental to date! We have stayed at VRBO's, AirBNB's, FlipKey's and resorts and this is the best yet! Our three daughters, their husbands, our nephew and his girlfriend and their dog all stayed with us. We enjoyed our Marine grandson evenings and through the weekend. We had plenty of everything, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as well in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Although we didn't use the bikes, they were there as were beach essentials! The entire home was extremely cute and stylish for the beach vacation. Check in and out was easy! What you see in the pictures is what you get. Do not hesitate to stay here, we will definitely return! Enjoy your stay!!!

The backyard was incredible and we were really impressed by the patio furniture that was provided. The house was pretty clean and having the elevator was a game changer. No complaints from our family! We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back to topsail next year!

Absolutely spectacular home. Sparkling clean, had everything we needed and more. Hosts are very gracious with their belongings and we enjoyed every moment. Home is set in a great area that makes it easy to get everywhere. Neighbors were extremely sweet as well. Will 100% book again.

My family and I booked a last minute trip to Surf City at Salty Breeze and it by far exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely stunning inside and out! Gorgeous views of both the ocean and canal. Spacious floor plans with comfortable accommodations. My favorite was the enormous deck to start and end the day with. Quick walk to the beach access. The owners spared no expense to every detail of this warm and cozy beach house. I would highly recommend Salty Breeze and can't wait to rebook next year.
