Description Description

Surf Condos is a relaxed, oceanfront community in the heart of Surf City. There are plenty of restaurants, gift and beach shops, surfing, and more all within biking or walking distance. Bike and kayak rentals are nearby for explorations of the island by land or sea. Surf and kite-surfing lessons are also offered nearby. Topsail Beach, to the south, offers more shops, a local bookstore, and a chance to learn about our friends of the sea at The Turtle Hospital. Head north to Snead's Ferry to enjoy a round of golf at a world-class golf course. Come experience all that Topsail Island has to offer. Surf Condos offers guests a swimming pool with large deck areas and a gazebo, several outdoor showers, a laundry facility, public telephones, and private beach access. This retreat is on the second floor of the condominium complex in the building that is closest to the ocean. The balcony offers you unobstructed views of the beach. Just steps away from the ocean and the community pool, this condo is a perfect beach getaway. The main bedroom is very bright and roomy with light green bedding and shell accents. It is connected to the shared full bathroom. The bathroom has split vanity and restroom areas and a shared stand-alone shower. Located just off of the main bedroom you will find the other sleep area is bunk beds tucked away in the foyer. They are a fun and cozy place to spend the night! This sleep area has easy access to the shared bath. This great room's central focus is the spectacular ocean view. There are two very comfortable couches (one pulls out to a full sized bed) and a chair all positioned to take advantage of the views. What better way to start your day than lying in bed watching the sun come up over the ocean? Further inside the great room is a four-person table with views of the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need including a refrigerator, sink facing the ocean, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. All you need to provide are your groceries and your appetite. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Outdoor pool -Private beach -Gazebo

Amazing ocean front condo
Balcony right on the beach! Literally you can drop drinks or toys down to your family out on the sand. High tide is only 30 feet or so from the building. Huge pool, friendly staff all around great stay!

Stunning view
This home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and has a well stocked kitchen. Communication with vacasa left a bit to be desired, but it worked out. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay
We stayed for 6 days and loved this condo. The floor and furniture look new. The kitchen was well stocked. The shower was spacious. Plenty of washcloths and towels. Of course the ocean front view was the best!! It was very easy to get from the room to the beach. The fellow at the gate ( I never got his name) was super. Always smiling and waving and ready to help if needed. The Vacasa representatives were extremely friendly and helpful with all questions. The only slightly negative comment is the Wi-Fi was cantankerous. Better after we restarted the router but still slow and we would get disconnected frequently.

Beautiful view and condo!
This place was beautifully decorated! Everything matched really well and it was perfect. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The condo was spacious and it wasn’t overcrowded. The bed was so comfortable and I slept well for being on vacation! The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was nice. The pans could stand to be upgraded - they were all scratched. The floor was filthy - we called and they said would send someone, but no one came. If you plan on using the WiFi, you basically need to stay in the living room/kitchen because that is the only place it works.

One of the best little spots on the beach
The interior was updated and beautiful with new refrigerator. All the beds were comfortable to sleep on and that includes the pull out couch. The oceanfront views were second to none.

Great views and access to the beach
We had a wonderful week. The views were incredible and the access to the beach was super close. I left a necklace which was very important to me. The staff was able to locate it and send it to me. I’m forever grateful. Surf City never disappoints!

Great condo great views, just needs a master bed upgrade unless you like a super thick memory foam topper
It was our second visit 2 years in a row, but this time we brought a air mattress for better sleeping. However you can't beat the location views and amenities

Perfect getaway location and view to die for
Wonderful for a couple or families. Super easy beach and pool access and killer view on porch. Comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at #825 Surf condo! Perfect for my wife and I. Great location and steps from the beach. The views were amazing! The staff at Surf were friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze condo was clean and fit our needs perfectly

Oceanfront Property
We were looking for a place on the beach with an ocean view. That’s exactly what we got! Any closer to the beach, and we would have been in the Atlantic Ocean. Clean and quiet condo and beach and a huge pool. Will be returning to Surf City Condos.
