Located in a historic building across the street from the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington, this updated one-bedroom condo is perfect for your next escape! The unbeatable locale offers prime walkability to the best of downtown, including eateries, museums, and shops. Take a stroll to the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge and the Battleship North Carolina. Wrightsville Beach is less than 11 miles from home. Your private balcony boasts amazing river views. Inside, the welcoming living area provides plush seating, a smart TV, and a desk. A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops gleam in the pristine kitchen. When it's time to eat, there is seating at the kitchen bar. Or, head out on the balcony and dine alfresco while enjoying the gorgeous view. The bedroom is fitted with a comfy queen-size bed and a Roku TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided.

There is no on-site parking at this building. There is 1 parking pass located in the unit. This pass grants parking at the garage located at 212 North Second Street. To get to the garage, turn right onto Chestnut and go up the hill to Second Street. Turn left on Second Street and the garage is about halfway down the block. Please return the parking pass to the unit upon departure to avoid a $50 replacement fee.

Easy walk to bars/resturants. Bagels downstairs are great. Fat Tony’s had great Ital., spaghetti w/ meat sauce is nice (add the sausage), wife had tasty lasagna, Cesar salad rock solid, cheapest drinks (no short pour) in town, V. G. service & clean.

I love how everything was nearby. We walked to so many different restaurants and ice cream places. It was a wonderful weekend and a great place to stay in. Felt very homey.

Very nice perfect location close to everything secured building clean apartment. Only issues were the y useable frying pan and a very soft bed both issues did not ruin the experience. Management company very helpful easy to work with. Unit did seem smaller than photos but perfect for two people. TVs in living room and bedroom large bathroom kitchen had full stove and oven huge refrigerator Would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and welcoming. The view was nice even if it was only the 3rd floor. We were really only there to sleep and shower because we were attending a conference at the convention center and the condo was within walking distance which was nice. The only complaints we have is the off site parking, (two blocks and up a hill away) and the fact we couldn't ajust the temperature. We like it a little colder at night to sleep. Also a surge protector with a few more outlets in the bedroom would be nice to be able to plug in phones on both sides of the bed. Overall not a bad stay, we would definitely use this property again.

The room was clean, the bed was soft, and there was plenty of room for my stay. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was the view of the battleship was obscured by trees.

Enjoyed the stay and the location couldn’t be better! I’d suggest adding cups to the kitchen and coffee mugs. Only one mug was in the whole place which made mornings tricky. Bedding also needs an upgrade. Fitted sheet was replaced with a top sheet which moved around constantly. Blankets and pillow cases were past their prime and need replacing. But all in all, it was a great stay for the price and I would book again should we go back

We loved that restaurants and coffee shops were close by. We loved that the owner provided a parking pass. The parking deck was an easy walk and not that far away. Check in and check out was easy. The place is decorated so cute with a good view.

Perfect condo for serenity. But close enough to everything if you feel like nightlife. Im a STEM student at UNC, had just finished finals, and needed rest as well as fun. This place definitely did the job! Was very safe. Thanks VACASA.

We had the best time in Wilmington. Great location right in the middle of everything. Short drive to the beach if you are interested. The place was great. Clean and comfortable. Very easy check in and Vacasa is wonderful. Had an issue with the door lock and they were super quick to respond! Would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed for the Iron Man Race and it was the perfect location. We could watch the the run right from our balcony. The condo was beautiful and updated, but could have been more clean. There was a clump of hair behind the pillow on the couch, hairs on the bathroom floor and we only had pillow cases for 3/4 pillows. Vacasa was amazing at communicating, we were very impressed by them.

We had the best time. The condo is beautifully decorated and was exceptionally clean. It was within walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops downtown. It has a perfect view of the Cape Fear River. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, right by to all the action in downtown Wilmington. Only negative thing is you gotta park two blocks away. But if you are only looking to spend all of your time in DT Wilmington and not bothered traveling anywhere, then don't worry about it. The place itself was brilliant. Awesome views, clean, comfortable, walking distance to bars, clubs, restaurants, riverwalk, breweries ... so, no need for expensive cabs or Uber's.

We stayed here for Wilmington 70.3 race, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Location was ideal for those racing and close to all the restaurants, bars downtown. It was even right on the run course which was fun! There were just two of us so the size was perfect. If we race Wilmington again, absolutely will stay here again! Thank you!!!

We come to Wilmington 2 or 3 times a year and the last two times we have stayed in this building. It is so convenient to everything so we can walk all downtown and not have to move our car. Which is the only thing we don't like is the fact there is not parking where we stay. But all in all it was a great place to stay!

This unit was wonderful. The pictures are accurate. Beautiful water views and so much to do in downtown Wilmington. The unit was clean, updated, bed was comfortable and perfect. I would also highly recommend Vacasa for their professionalism and management skill. Everything went smooth and I would certainly rent this unit again.
