This 1BR waterfront condo boasts a prime downtown location and a covered private balcony with views of the Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and the Battleship North Carolina. After sunny days at Wrightsville Beach, walk just steps to an abundance of local shops and restaurants along the water. Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.) LIVING AREA The open living area features plush furnishings and a 42 wall-mounted TV. KITCHEN & DINING Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the convenient kitchen, then dine together at the table set for 2. BED & BATH This second-story condo sleeps two guests in one bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen bed and 32 TV. The sparkling bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Sip morning coffee on the river-view balcony, detailed with seating for two. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guests perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer. Please note that there is no on-site parking at this building. There is a paid parking lot adjacent to the building and a paid parking deck 2 blocks away. Metered parking is also available in the area. (Street parking is free on Sunday.) This second-story condo is accessible via an elevator. THE LOCATION Located just off the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington, this condo has a prime location for exploring the best of the city on foot. Wrightsville Beach is just an easy 10-mile drive away. Local attractions include the Burgwin-Wright Museum and Gardens, Thalian Hall, the Brooklyn Arts Center, the Bellamy Mansion Museum, and the Cape Fear Museum of History and Science.

Perfect location for my wife and I. No need to drive as you could walk, which we did, everywhere. Even when the weather did not cooperate, we walked next door to the Mellow Mushroom, which we highly recommend!

The title sums it up! Very comfortable accomodations...surprisingly spacious. Sitting on the balcony and seeing the Cape Fear River in your immediate view and seeing the USS-NC Battleship directly in front of you...amazing. Great location...so much to do nearby. Great deal. I'm so glad we stayed here!

The location couldn’t have been any better. The condo has been well maintained. The only negative feedback is not being able to park in the buildings parking lot and having to pay to park elsewhere.

This place was beautiful! You honestly cannot beat the location and the water view was stunning! The place itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. Yes, the bedroom AC was loud as some other reviews have said, but completely manageable and didn’t bother us at all. Would high recommend staying here!

The location is fantastic, and the apartment is super cute. our only issue was with the general comfort of the place. The bed was not comfortable, there was only one very thin and hard blanket, and the AC unit is located two feet from the bed, inside the apartment and is exceptionally loud.

Staying here was very convenient and easy. We were within walking distance to everywhere we went except the beach. Condo was very clean.

The property was at at great location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and galleries and the great Wilmington Riverwalk. The unit itself was equipped with the basics such as kitchen tools, bedding and bathroom essentials. An issue came up that caused a leak in my bathroom. I contacted Vacassa and the problem was taken care of immediately. Thank You Vacassa.

The Water Street condo is in a great location, within walking distance of downtown Wilmington shops and restaurants, the Riverwalk, and the historical district. The unit was very comfortable and Vacasa was prompt in responding to our requests. The only con was the lack of a dedicated parking spot.

The room was incredibly convenient and equipped for a weekend visit to attend the Battleship Mini marathon. The condo provided a comfortable place to relax & be able have breakfast before a day of activities. Perfect location!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Water Street Condo 208. The location could not have been better as it is perfectly suited for walking anywhere in downtown Wilmington. Right on the river with a cute balcony for watching boats and people. Don’t be put off by the current pictures of the unit online, as it is decorated much nicer than shown. Our only small complaints are the AC unit which worked great but was loud and the lack of parking on property. Despite that, we would definitely book again.
